【摘要】：資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成是馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的重要概念,關(guān)系到技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、利潤率、資本積累等一系列重大問題,因此,研究中國資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成就具有特別的意義。經(jīng)過全國總體、分所有制和分行業(yè)測算發(fā)現(xiàn),建國以來,全國和國有工業(yè)企業(yè)資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成呈現(xiàn)N型變化趨勢;分所有制和分行業(yè)來看,20世紀(jì)90年代以來,資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成有升有降。究其原因,計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,資本技術(shù)構(gòu)成增長率較低,但工資增長率也較低,加之運(yùn)營效率上升,導(dǎo)致資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成較快提高;改革開放以來,無論在全國層面、所有制層面還是行業(yè)層面,都面臨著一個共同的工資增長壓力,使得資本技術(shù)構(gòu)成增長較快時,資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢;資本技術(shù)構(gòu)成增長較慢時,資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成則可能呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢。
[Abstract]:The organic composition of capital is an important concept of Marxist political economy, which is related to a series of important problems, such as technological innovation, profit margin, capital accumulation, etc. Therefore, it is of special significance to study the organic composition of Chinese capital. It is found that since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the organic composition of the capital of national and state-owned industrial enterprises has shown a trend of N-type change. From the point of view of ownership and industry, the organic composition of capital has increased and decreased since the 1990 s. The reason is that, in the planned economy era, the growth rate of capital technology composition is low, but the rate of wage growth is also low, combined with the increase of operation efficiency, which leads to the rapid improvement of capital organic composition. Since the reform and opening up, both in the national level, ownership level or industry level, are facing a common wage growth pressure, making capital technology composition growth faster, capital organic composition shows an upward trend; When the growth of capital technology is slow, the organic composition of capital may show a downward trend.
