【摘要】：水電站發(fā)電是河流勢(shì)能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能的過(guò)程,不消耗不可再生能源,不產(chǎn)生污染性氣體,符合節(jié)能減排的基本國(guó)策。針對(duì)水電作為清潔能源的價(jià)值沒(méi)有得到真正體現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,在提出水電對(duì)火電的補(bǔ)償效益體現(xiàn)了水電站真正的環(huán)保價(jià)值基礎(chǔ)上,給出了同一電網(wǎng)中水電站對(duì)火電站減排補(bǔ)償效益的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制及其計(jì)算方法,并以水電站對(duì)同一電網(wǎng)中火電站的減排效益為例,研究水電站對(duì)火電站的補(bǔ)償效益。結(jié)果表明:在某電網(wǎng)中,4座水電站對(duì)3座火電站的減排補(bǔ)償效益是998.6萬(wàn)元/a,可見(jiàn)水電對(duì)火電的減排補(bǔ)償效益十分可觀,水電在節(jié)能減排上做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Hydropower station power generation is the process of converting river potential energy into electric energy, which does not consume non-renewable energy, does not produce polluting gas, and accords with the basic national policy of energy saving and emission reduction. In view of the problem that the value of hydropower as a clean energy has not been truly reflected, on the basis of putting forward the compensation benefit of hydropower to thermal power, it reflects the real environmental protection value of hydropower station. In this paper, the mechanism and calculation method of compensation benefit of thermal power station for emission reduction by hydropower station in the same power network are given, and the compensation benefit of hydropower station to thermal power station is studied by taking the emission reduction benefit of power station in the same power network as an example. The results show that the compensation benefit of 4 hydropower stations to 3 thermal power stations is 9.986 million yuan per year. It can be seen that the benefit of hydropower to thermal power reduction compensation is considerable, and hydropower has made a great contribution to energy saving and emission reduction.
