【摘要】：正新中國(guó)成立后,百?gòu)U待興,尤其在工業(yè)方面,基礎(chǔ)薄弱,技術(shù)和人才匱乏。蘇聯(lián)第一個(gè)與我國(guó)建立了外交關(guān)系。1950年2月,中國(guó)與蘇聯(lián)簽署《中蘇友好同盟互助條約》;3月,兩國(guó)政府簽署了《關(guān)于蘇聯(lián)專(zhuān)家在中國(guó)工作條件的協(xié)定》。聘請(qǐng)?zhí)K聯(lián)專(zhuān)家指導(dǎo),無(wú)疑成為我國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的一條捷徑。從1949年11月至1960年7月,先后有幾十名蘇聯(lián)專(zhuān)家來(lái)到石景山鋼鐵廠(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"石鋼")幫助建設(shè)并取得了顯著成效(石景山鋼鐵廠于1966年9月10日改名為"首都鋼鐵公司",簡(jiǎn)稱"首鋼")。首鋼檔案館保管的照片、報(bào)紙、文字等檔案生動(dòng)
[Abstract]:After the founding of the people's Republic of China, a lot of waste, especially in industry, weak foundation, lack of technology and talent. The Soviet Union was the first to establish diplomatic relations with China. In February 1950, China and the Soviet Union signed the Treaty of Friendship, Alliance and Mutual Assistance between China and the Soviet Union; in March, the two governments signed the Agreement on the working conditions of Soviet experts in China. Employing Soviet experts to guide our country is undoubtedly a shortcut to learning advanced technology and experience. From November 1949 to July 1960, dozens of Soviet experts came to Shijingshan Iron and Steel works (hereafter referred to as "Shigang") to help with the construction and achieved remarkable results. (Shijingshan Iron and Steel works was renamed "Capital Iron and Steel Company" on September 10, 1966. Short for "Shougang"). The archives of Shougang archives are vivid, such as photos, newspapers, words, etc.
