美國食品價格長期穩(wěn)定的原因分析

【摘要】:現(xiàn)有關(guān)于美國食品價格管控的文獻(xiàn)偏重美國食品價格管控政策體系的分析,忽略了資源稟賦、勞動生產(chǎn)率和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段等在食品價格穩(wěn)定中的作用。通過對CPI和食品CPI數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析,在定量上進(jìn)一步證實(shí)美國食品價格水平增速低,且波動性小。這除了與美國的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)GDP增長率和失業(yè)率等因素有關(guān)外,還與美國在農(nóng)業(yè)方面的資源稟賦、勞動生產(chǎn)率具有很強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性。而且美國食品價格管控綜合治理體系在食品價格穩(wěn)定方面更是起到?jīng)Q定性作用。本文依據(jù)美國食品價格管控的經(jīng)驗(yàn),基于中國國情,提出我國食品價格管控的政策建議,以期為我國有關(guān)政府部門價格政策制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:The current literature on food price control in the United States focuses on the analysis of American food price control policy system, neglecting the role of resource endowment, labor productivity and stage of economic development in food price stability. Through the statistical analysis of CPI and food CPI data, the quantitative analysis further confirmed that the food price level in the United States has low growth rate and low volatility. This is not only related to the GDP growth rate and unemployment rate of the United States, but also to the resource endowment and labor productivity of the United States in agriculture. And the food price control and control system in the United States plays a decisive role in food price stability. Based on the experience of food price control in the United States and the situation of China, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on food price control in China, in order to provide a reference for the formulation of price policy of relevant government departments in China.
