【摘要】:同業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)是指通過(guò)一些既定的可量化的指標(biāo),在同類(lèi)企業(yè)之間進(jìn)行對(duì)比,通過(guò)指標(biāo)得分的高低,對(duì)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)、生產(chǎn)、效益等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從而分析優(yōu)劣勢(shì),以促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展。伴隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步、科技的發(fā)展,企業(yè)管理水平的提升,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇,想要在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中生存,必須充分了解行業(yè)形勢(shì)及自身的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),提高自身生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)水平。從而各行業(yè)逐步開(kāi)始了行業(yè)內(nèi)及行業(yè)間的對(duì)標(biāo),但是隨著其對(duì)標(biāo)范圍的擴(kuò)大,實(shí)際工作中出現(xiàn)了如下問(wèn)題:信息化程度較低,數(shù)據(jù)的時(shí)效性、準(zhǔn)確性和共享性較差,工作效率較低;對(duì)標(biāo)分析不統(tǒng)一,缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)的分析診斷平臺(tái),分析方法簡(jiǎn)單,各級(jí)同業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)工作人員工作水平參差不齊,嚴(yán)重制約同業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)總體分析診斷水平。從而需要通過(guò)信息化手段,高效完成經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)、生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)等數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)標(biāo)分析,建設(shè)同業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)系統(tǒng)是解決問(wèn)題的有效方式,因此山西省電力公司要建設(shè)一套電力企業(yè)的同業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。本文的目的就是解決以上問(wèn)題.系統(tǒng)采用基于瀏覽器的B/S四層體系結(jié)構(gòu),采用J2EE路線開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),在技術(shù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)中,利用Sotower平臺(tái)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),在實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方面,充分利用HTML技術(shù)、Web service技術(shù)、SOAP協(xié)議、消息隊(duì)列技術(shù)等,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集、分析診斷模型及動(dòng)態(tài)報(bào)表自動(dòng)生成等功能。本文主要研究的內(nèi)容包括指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)、指標(biāo)分析兩個(gè)部分,運(yùn)用正態(tài)分布數(shù)學(xué)模型和五分位法,通過(guò)多業(yè)務(wù)角度多維度評(píng)價(jià)和分析各專(zhuān)業(yè)指標(biāo)和綜合指標(biāo),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)山西省電力公司同業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)管理的自動(dòng)化和智能化,提高工作效率,提升管理水平,增強(qiáng)分析能力。
[Abstract]:Interbank bidding refers to the comparison between the same kind of enterprises through some established quantifiable indicators, and the evaluation of the management, production and benefit of the enterprise through the level of index score, so as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages. To promote the development of enterprises. With the progress of society, the development of science and technology, the improvement of enterprise management level, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more serious. In order to survive in the fierce competition, we must fully understand the situation of the industry and its own advantages and disadvantages. We will improve our own level of production and operation. As a result, various industries have gradually begun to align with each other within and among industries. However, with the expansion of the scope of the calibration, the following problems have emerged in the actual work: low level of information, poor timeliness, accuracy and sharing of data. Low working efficiency; The standard analysis is not uniform, lack of professional analysis and diagnosis platform, the analysis method is simple, and the work level of the staff at all levels is not uniform, which seriously restricts the overall analysis and diagnosis level of the same trade standard. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the standard analysis of management index, production index, and other data efficiently by means of information technology, and to build a system to solve the problem effectively. Therefore, Shanxi Electric Power Company should build a set of interbank bidding system of electric power enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to solve the above problems. The system adopts the B / S four-layer system structure based on browser, adopts the J2EE route development design, in the technical platform construction, uses the Sotower platform to carry on the development, in realizes the data transmission aspect, fully utilizes the HTML technology, Web service technology, the SOAP protocol. Message queue technology, such as automatic data collection, analysis and diagnosis model and dynamic report automatic generation and other functions. The main contents of this paper include index evaluation, index analysis, using normal distribution mathematical model and quintile method, through multi-business perspective and multi-dimensional evaluation and analysis of professional indicators and comprehensive indicators. In order to realize the automation and intelligence of the management of Shanxi Electric Power Company, improve the working efficiency, improve the management level, and enhance the analytical ability.
