【摘要】：正中興通訊搭建了一個完整、四位一體的團(tuán)隊(duì)架構(gòu),即:公司層面控制管理的戰(zhàn)略財(cái)務(wù)、全價值鏈財(cái)務(wù)管理支持的業(yè)務(wù)財(cái)務(wù)、交易處理為主的財(cái)務(wù)共享以及財(cái)務(wù)核心能力的專家團(tuán)隊(duì),這一組織架構(gòu)穩(wěn)定地支撐了國際化發(fā)展之路。中興通訊股份有限公司(簡稱中興通訊)是中國第一批實(shí)施"走出去"戰(zhàn)略的通信設(shè)備制造企業(yè),是通信制造業(yè)"走出去"的標(biāo)桿企業(yè)。基于國際化戰(zhàn)略的需要,中興通訊搭建支持全球化經(jīng)營的財(cái)務(wù)管理體系,以全球財(cái)務(wù)共享為基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)了財(cái)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)的統(tǒng)一處理。
[Abstract]:ZTE has built a complete, four-in-one team structure, namely: corporate level control of strategic finance, full value chain financial management support business finance, Transaction-based financial sharing and financial core competencies of the team of experts, the organizational structure of the stable support for the development of internationalization. ZTE (ZTE) is the first group of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises to carry out the "going out" strategy in China, and the benchmark enterprise of "going out" in the communication manufacturing industry. Based on the need of international strategy, ZTE sets up a financial management system to support the global operation, and realizes the unified processing of the basic financial services on the basis of global financial sharing.
