上海市工業(yè)能源生產(chǎn)力評(píng)價(jià)和技術(shù)效率分析

【摘要】:基于2000—2013年間上海市工業(yè)行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據(jù),研究上海市工業(yè)能源生產(chǎn)力的影響因素,并測(cè)算工業(yè)33個(gè)行業(yè)的技術(shù)效率。結(jié)果表明,資本要素與能源生產(chǎn)力正相關(guān),而能源投入和碳排放量與能源生產(chǎn)力負(fù)相關(guān),且上海市工業(yè)領(lǐng)域存在輕微的勞動(dòng)力過剩情況;總體上,上海市工業(yè)領(lǐng)域在2000—2013年間的平均技術(shù)效率為0.81,相對(duì)于生產(chǎn)前沿面來說,還有19%的改善空間;制造業(yè)的技術(shù)效率水平整體較高,而電力、熱力、燃?xì)饧八a(chǎn)和供應(yīng)業(yè)的技術(shù)無效率程度極高,生產(chǎn)點(diǎn)嚴(yán)重滯后于最優(yōu)產(chǎn)出。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of Shanghai industrial industry from 2000 to 2013, this paper studies the influencing factors of Shanghai industrial energy productivity, and calculates the technical efficiency of 33 industries. The results show that capital factors are positively related to energy productivity, while energy input and carbon emissions are negatively correlated with energy productivity, and there is a slight surplus of labor in Shanghai industrial sector. On the whole, the average technical efficiency of Shanghai industrial field from 2000 to 2013 is 0.81, compared with the front of production, there is still 19% room for improvement. The technical efficiency level of manufacturing industry is relatively high, while that of power, heat, gas and water production and supply industry is extremely high, and the production point lags behind the optimal output seriously.
