技術(shù)創(chuàng)新視角下中國工業(yè)模塊化升級機理研究

【摘要】：在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新視角下,結(jié)合中國處于轉(zhuǎn)型階段的國情,建立“模塊化-產(chǎn)權(quán)-市場化”三位一體的內(nèi)生技術(shù)工業(yè)升級理論分析框架。利用中國1999-2015年的工業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù),采用固定效應(yīng)模型對理論假設(shè)進行實證研究,得到的結(jié)論是:工業(yè)模塊化程度越高,越能促進技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,對工業(yè)升級有顯著的正向作用;國有產(chǎn)權(quán)對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新激勵不足,對工業(yè)升級具有負面效應(yīng);市場機制越完善,市場化程度越高,越有利于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,對工業(yè)升級有正向作用。以上結(jié)論得到的含義是:就政府而言,積極推進產(chǎn)業(yè)組織政策,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)的模塊化發(fā)展;加大力度,進一步推動國有企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)改革;進一步深化社會主義市場化改革,完善市場化機制促進工業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,從而推動工業(yè)的升級。就企業(yè)而言,面對機遇和挑戰(zhàn),積極選擇模塊化發(fā)展道路,抓住具有比較優(yōu)勢的核心模塊,構(gòu)建企業(yè)的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of technological innovation and the situation of China in the transition stage, a theoretical analysis framework of endogenous technological industry upgrading is established, which is a trinity of modularization, property right and marketization. Based on the industrial panel data from 1999 to 2015 in China and the fixed effect model, it is concluded that the higher the degree of industrial modularization is, the more it can promote technological innovation and has a significant positive effect on industrial upgrading. The more perfect the market mechanism, the higher the degree of marketization, the more favorable the technological innovation and the positive effect on industrial upgrading. The above conclusions are: as far as the government is concerned, we should actively promote the industrial organization policy, promote the modularization development of the industry, strengthen the efforts to further promote the reform of the property rights of the state-owned enterprises; Further deepen the socialist marketization reform, perfect the market-oriented mechanism to promote the technological innovation of industry, thus promote the upgrading of industry. As far as enterprises are concerned, in the face of opportunities and challenges, we should actively choose the way of modular development, seize the core modules with comparative advantages, and construct the core competitiveness of enterprises.
