【摘要】：核電項(xiàng)目前期文件是指核電工程開工以前在立項(xiàng)、審批、招投標(biāo)、勘察、設(shè)計(jì)以及工程準(zhǔn)備過程中形成的文件。本文以福清核電"華龍一號"示范工程項(xiàng)目前期文件為例,介紹項(xiàng)目前期文件形成特點(diǎn),并談?wù)勴?xiàng)目前期文件管理的幾點(diǎn)對策。
[Abstract]:Prophase documents of nuclear power projects refer to the documents formed in the process of establishing, approving, bidding, surveying, designing and preparing for the construction of nuclear power projects prior to the commencement of the project. Taking the Prophase document of "Hualong No.1" demonstration Project of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant as an example, this paper introduces the characteristics of the pre-project document formation, and discusses some countermeasures for the pre-project document management.
