【摘要】：本文采取案例研究的方法與形式,通過(guò)揭示國(guó)家開發(fā)銀行在成功支持老撾南歐江全流域梯級(jí)電站開發(fā)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中,在項(xiàng)目孵化、信用建設(shè)、市場(chǎng)建設(shè)等不同層次上所采取的具體措施,闡述了開發(fā)性金融是如何在境外基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)項(xiàng)目融資上發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用的。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the method and form of case study to reveal that the China Development Bank has successfully supported the implementation of the cascade hydropower station development project in the whole river basin of southern Europe in Laos, and has been carrying out the project incubation and credit construction. This paper expounds how the development finance plays a leading role in the financing of overseas infrastructure construction projects.
