【摘要】：應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,對(duì)161家先進(jìn)制造業(yè)和212家傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)雙元文化通過雙元技術(shù)創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),行業(yè)間差異的控制變量影響不顯著,企業(yè)研發(fā)投入則存在正向影響。
[Abstract]:By using structural equation model, the empirical data of 161 advanced manufacturing industries and 212 traditional manufacturing R & D teams are compared and analyzed. It is found that dual culture promotes enterprise transformation and upgrading through dual technology innovation. The influence of the control variable of the industry difference is not significant, but the R & D investment of the enterprise has the positive influence.
