【摘要】：介紹了我國煤、石油、天然氣3種主要化石能源的利用現(xiàn)狀,分析了化石能源利用新技術(shù)和發(fā)展趨勢,結(jié)合我國經(jīng)濟、社會和環(huán)境保護發(fā)展需求,分別就煤、石油、天然氣的優(yōu)化利用提出了發(fā)展建議,指出煤轉(zhuǎn)化為電能是最安全、經(jīng)濟、清潔的利用方式,同時需要穩(wěn)妥推進、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展現(xiàn)代煤化工;石油加工需持續(xù)降低柴汽比,增產(chǎn)航空煤油,以及加速燃料型煉廠向化工型煉廠轉(zhuǎn)型。天然氣仍然是主要用作燃料,需要降低工業(yè)用氣成本,有序發(fā)展天然氣發(fā)電。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the present situation of the utilization of coal, petroleum and natural gas in China, analyzes the new technology and development trend of fossil energy utilization, and combines with the development needs of economic, social and environmental protection of our country, discusses the coal and petroleum, respectively. The optimal utilization of natural gas has put forward some suggestions for development. It is pointed out that the conversion of coal to electric energy is the safest, economical and clean way of utilization. At the same time, it is necessary to advance steadily, to innovate and develop modern coal chemical industry, and to continuously reduce the ratio of wood to steam in petroleum processing. Increase aviation kerosene production and accelerate the conversion of fuel refineries to chemical refineries. Natural gas is still mainly used as fuel, which needs to reduce the cost of industrial gas and develop natural gas power generation in an orderly manner.
