中國(guó)能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力貢獻(xiàn):理論與實(shí)證

【摘要】:在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展過(guò)程中亟需優(yōu)化能源利用結(jié)構(gòu),這其中技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力有何貢獻(xiàn)呢?簡(jiǎn)要的理論分析能夠大致了解兩者之間的關(guān)系,建立一個(gè)四方程聯(lián)立系統(tǒng)并利用中國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)來(lái)估計(jì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)中國(guó)能源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的貢獻(xiàn)。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示,在其他條件不變情況下,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力水平提升1%,中國(guó)煤炭消費(fèi)占比將平均下降0.732%。從中國(guó)不同地區(qū)之間的差異性來(lái)看,在其他條件不變情況下,創(chuàng)新能力水平每提升1%,發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)煤炭消費(fèi)占比卻要增加1.097%,而經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)煤炭消費(fèi)占比可平均下降1.026%。因此,在中國(guó)省際之間利用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力促進(jìn)資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化需要區(qū)別對(duì)待。
[Abstract]:In the process of China's rapid economic development, it is urgent to optimize the structure of energy utilization. What contribution does the ability of technological innovation make? A brief theoretical analysis can roughly understand the relationship between the two and establish a four-equation simultaneous system and empirical test based on Chinese empirical evidence to estimate the contribution of technological innovation to the optimization of energy use structure in China. The empirical results show that under other conditions, the level of technological innovation ability will be improved by 1%, and the proportion of coal consumption in China will decrease by 0.73 2% on average. From the point of view of the difference between different regions in China, if the level of innovation ability is raised by 1, the proportion of coal consumption in developed areas will increase by 1.097, while the proportion of coal consumption in less developed areas can be decreased by 1.026% on average. Therefore, the utilization of technological innovation ability to promote the optimization of resource utilization structure among provinces in China needs to be treated differently.
