【摘要】：近幾年國內(nèi)外突發(fā)事件頻發(fā),石油化工公司由于其行業(yè)原料的特殊性更是接二連三發(fā)生災(zāi)難性的事故,給企業(yè)造成了嚴(yán)重的損失。雖然關(guān)于重大自然災(zāi)害以及突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)在我國高校內(nèi)已有了初步的應(yīng)用并取得了較好的成效,但在國內(nèi)的部分大型企業(yè)卻沒有得到足夠的重視,尤其是突發(fā)事件高發(fā)的石油化工企業(yè)。撫順石化工程建設(shè)有限公司第二分公司在生產(chǎn)過程中也屢次受到突發(fā)事件的影響,對公司人員安全、設(shè)備安全和財產(chǎn)安全造成了較大威脅。本文主要以撫順石化工程建設(shè)有限公司第二分公司為研究對象,找出其在應(yīng)急管理中存在的問題,在分析問題成因的基礎(chǔ)上,具有針對性地找出解決方案。首先總結(jié)應(yīng)急管理體系與規(guī)律,為撫順石化二公司應(yīng)急管理工作提供理論支撐和發(fā)展思路。其次,分析撫順石化二公司應(yīng)急管理體系根本問題,為公司和管理層的應(yīng)急管理狀態(tài)總結(jié)不足。最后提出針對撫順石化二公司應(yīng)急管理體系的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合公司地位、企業(yè)文化、企業(yè)守則提出應(yīng)急管理體系的目標(biāo)和建議,對公司應(yīng)急管理體系進(jìn)行有效整改,使公司應(yīng)急管理體系能夠順利實施。該對策的提出,使撫順石化工程建設(shè)有限公司第二分公司的應(yīng)急管理能力有所提高,為企業(yè)未來的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了一個和諧健康的發(fā)展環(huán)境,與此同時,豐富了應(yīng)急管理理論的內(nèi)容,填補了石油化工行業(yè)應(yīng)急管理體系研究的空白。
[Abstract]:In recent years, accidents occurred frequently at home and abroad. Because of the particularity of raw materials, petrochemical companies have one after another catastrophic accidents, which have caused serious losses to the enterprises. Although the emergency management system for major natural disasters and emergencies has been applied in colleges and universities in China and achieved good results, some large enterprises in China have not paid enough attention to it. In particular, the high incidence of emergencies of petrochemical enterprises. The second branch of Fushun Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd is also affected by unexpected events in the process of production, which poses a great threat to the safety of personnel, equipment and property of Fushun Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. This paper mainly takes the second branch company of Fushun Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co. Ltd as the research object to find out the problems existing in the emergency management and to find out the solution on the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems. Firstly, it summarizes the emergency management system and rules, and provides theoretical support and development ideas for the emergency management work of Fushun Petrochemical Company. Secondly, it analyzes the fundamental problems of the emergency management system of Fushun Petrochemical Company, and summarizes the emergency management status of the company and the management. Finally, aiming at the current situation of the emergency management system of Fushun Petrochemical Company, combining the status of the company, the corporate culture, and the code of the enterprise, the paper puts forward the objectives and suggestions of the emergency management system, and carries out effective rectification and reform of the emergency management system of the company. To enable the company's emergency management system can be implemented smoothly. This countermeasure has improved the emergency management ability of the second branch of Fushun Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., and provided a harmonious and healthy development environment for the future sustainable development of the enterprise, at the same time, It enriches the theory of emergency management and fills the blank of the research on emergency management system of petrochemical industry.
