【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,汽車市場(chǎng)空前繁榮,汽車行業(yè)孕育著巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。一方面各個(gè)汽車企業(yè)為了能夠在蓬勃發(fā)展的汽車市場(chǎng)中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,不斷的推出新產(chǎn)品來(lái)提高市場(chǎng)占有率。另一方面消費(fèi)者需求也在不停的升級(jí)和變化,產(chǎn)品迭代周期明顯縮短,以往僅關(guān)注生產(chǎn)制造等低附加值領(lǐng)域的企業(yè)越來(lái)越難以在變化的市場(chǎng)中獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),產(chǎn)品研發(fā)能力成為企業(yè)重要的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。高效的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程作為各項(xiàng)研發(fā)活動(dòng)的重要載體是保障各項(xiàng)研發(fā)任務(wù)順利達(dá)成的必要條件。新形勢(shì)下企業(yè)如何通過(guò)科學(xué)方法優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程,來(lái)提高研發(fā)活動(dòng)的整體效率是本文討論的主要內(nèi)容。本文以QY公司現(xiàn)行的轎車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程作為實(shí)例,綜合運(yùn)用精益開發(fā)理論、并行工程理論、門徑管理理論和業(yè)務(wù)流程重組理論,深入分析整個(gè)流程,找出當(dāng)前流程中存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)方案,最后對(duì)方案進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),提出了順利實(shí)施產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程優(yōu)化的保障性措施。QY公司現(xiàn)行產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過(guò)程主要問(wèn)題是研發(fā)成本高、周期長(zhǎng)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理缺失和知識(shí)管理不完善,本論文采用IDEF0模型向下逐層分解分析QY公司現(xiàn)行的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程,最終制定了QY公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程的改進(jìn)方案。通過(guò)調(diào)整流程,把串行的研發(fā)流程改為并行的研發(fā)流程來(lái)降低產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期;采用目標(biāo)成本法達(dá)到降低產(chǎn)品研發(fā)成本的目的;采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方法來(lái)降低研發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程中增加單獨(dú)的流程來(lái)提升知識(shí)管理能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, the automobile market is booming, and the automobile industry is pregnant with great opportunities for development. On the one hand, in order to be able to occupy the leading position in the booming automobile market, each automobile enterprise continuously introduces new products to increase its market share. On the other hand, consumer demand is constantly upgrading and changing, and the product iteration cycle is obviously shortened. In the past, enterprises that only focus on low value-added fields such as production and manufacturing are becoming more and more difficult to gain competitive advantage in the changing market. Product R & D capability has become an important core competitiveness of enterprises. Efficient product R & D process as an important carrier of R & D activities is a necessary condition to ensure the smooth completion of R & D tasks. In the new situation, the main content of this paper is how to optimize the product R & D process by scientific method to improve the overall efficiency of R & D activities. This paper takes the current car product development process of QY Company as an example, synthetically applies lean development theory, concurrent engineering theory, door and diameter management theory and business process reengineering theory to deeply analyze the whole process. To find out the existing problems in the current process, and to put forward a targeted improvement plan, and finally to analyze and evaluate the scheme, The main problems in the current product research and development process of QY Company are high cost, long cycle, lack of risk management and imperfect knowledge management. In this paper, the IDEF0 model is used to analyze the current product R & D process of QY Company. Finally, the improvement scheme of QY Product R & D process is worked out. By adjusting the process, changing the serial R & D process to the parallel R & D process, reducing the product development cycle, adopting the target cost method to reduce the product R & D cost, adopting the risk control method to reduce the R & D risk; A separate process is added to the product development process to enhance knowledge management capabilities.
