【摘要】：當(dāng)前茶企之間競爭越來越激烈,為提升茶企競爭力,大量管理者將線性規(guī)劃引入到茶企管理中,幫助茶企提升管理質(zhì)量。本文首先介紹當(dāng)前我國茶企內(nèi)存在的普遍問題,其后分析茶企產(chǎn)生該問題的原因,最后根據(jù)線性規(guī)劃建模方式,針對(duì)我國茶企內(nèi)存在的成本控制、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃以及投資等問題展開了具體計(jì)算,并提出相應(yīng)公式,以期能夠幫助大量茶企管理者完善茶企管理中存在的缺陷,增強(qiáng)茶企在國際市場中的競爭力。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition between tea enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to enhance the competitiveness of tea enterprises, a large number of managers introduce linear programming into the management of tea enterprises to help them improve the quality of management. This paper first introduces the common problems existing in tea enterprises in our country, then analyzes the causes of the problems, finally, according to the linear programming modeling method, aiming at the cost control existing in tea enterprises in China, The problems of production planning and investment are calculated and the corresponding formulas are put forward in order to help a large number of tea managers to improve the defects in the management of tea enterprises and to enhance the competitiveness of tea enterprises in the international market.
