電站鍋爐制造企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中GE矩陣與戰(zhàn)略地圖的綜合應用研究

【摘要】:首先介紹了電站鍋爐制造企業(yè)產(chǎn)品多元化的背景、研究使用的GE矩陣和戰(zhàn)略地圖相關(guān)理論和方法,然后在該電站鍋爐制造企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃制定過程中應用了德爾菲法等構(gòu)建了GE矩陣,詳細闡述了各業(yè)務的戰(zhàn)略選擇和具體的措施,最后在戰(zhàn)略目標明確的基礎上,通過戰(zhàn)略地圖的繪制,給出戰(zhàn)略的實施、落地措施和詳細的考核指標,較好的將公司的戰(zhàn)略目標轉(zhuǎn)化為全員參與的戰(zhàn)略行動。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the background of product diversification in power plant boiler manufacturing enterprise is introduced, and the relevant theories and methods of GE matrix and strategic map are studied. Then the GE matrix is constructed by using Delphi method in the process of making strategic planning of boiler manufacturing enterprises in the power station. The strategic choice and specific measures of each business are elaborated in detail. Finally, on the basis of clear strategic objectives, Through the drawing of the strategic map, the implementation of the strategy, the landing measures and the detailed assessment index are given. The strategic goal of the company can be transformed into the strategic action in which all the personnel participate.
