基于RCM的S公司變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修管理案例研究
[Abstract]:With the progress of electric power technology and the development of power grid scale, the socialized service degree of power grid is becoming higher and higher, and the demands of society and users on power supply enterprises are increasing day by day. Under this background, the power supply enterprise comprehensively improves the transformer equipment maintenance strategy, how to promote the substation equipment condition maintenance management has become a research direction. On the basis of clarifying the background and significance of selecting the topic and summarizing the research trends of condition-based maintenance at home and abroad, this paper expounds in detail the theory and technology of equipment maintenance, condition-based maintenance and RCM maintenance. This paper takes S company substation equipment as the research object, analyzes the current situation from S Company to carry out the condition maintenance related condition, feasibility and the important measure to be taken. In view of the present situation, the paper puts forward the maintenance strategy of substation equipment based on condition maintenance in S Company, clarifies the overall goal, organization system and division of labor, basic requirements, steps and management flow of condition maintenance in S Company, and puts forward the main method of condition monitoring. The main methods of condition evaluation and maintenance decision. And try to apply RCM maintenance strategy decision system in S Company. The system requirements, the overall structure and the system functions are described in detail. According to the evaluation method of the equipment evaluation weight coefficient and the evaluation rules, the corresponding mathematical model is established. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the health state of the equipment and the degree of reliability of the equipment, the maintenance priority order of the equipment is comprehensively judged, and a set of reliability centered transformer equipment evaluation mechanism is established. Finally, the future improvement and development direction of S company substation equipment condition maintenance are prospected and analyzed. This paper provides a way and method to judge the maintenance priority of equipment based on the comprehensive consideration of equipment health and reliability, and provides an effective mathematical support for the reliable operation analysis of substation maintenance in power supply company. At the same time, this paper can be used as a reference for local power supply companies, especially for power supply companies to implement the RCM based transformer equipment condition maintenance strategy.
