【摘要】：利用國際化要素替換波特鉆石模型中的機(jī)遇得到改進(jìn)波特鉆石模型,基于態(tài)勢分析法(SWOT)分析思想,進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)一般化雙重鉆石模型;在此基礎(chǔ)上,以M市海洋工程裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)定位為例,提出改進(jìn)一般化雙重鉆石模型與態(tài)勢分析-層次分析(SWOT-AHP)集成方法。該分析方法避免鉆石模型缺乏外部機(jī)會、威脅分析的不足,彌補SWOT的分析按非此即彼方式歸類界定競爭力要素的缺陷和分析設(shè)計競爭力要素缺乏理論分析范式的不足,融合SWOT-AHP方法的戰(zhàn)略決策定量化優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:The Porter diamond model is improved by replacing the opportunity in the Porter diamond model with the internationalized elements, and the generalized dual diamond model is further improved based on the (SWOT) analysis idea of situation analysis. Taking the positioning of marine engineering equipment industry in M city as an example, an improved integration method of general dual diamond model and situation analysis-analytic hierarchy process (SWOT-AHP) is proposed. This analysis method avoids the lack of external opportunities for diamond models and the deficiency of threat analysis, and makes up for the shortcomings of SWOT analysis in classifying and defining competitive factors in either one or the other way and the lack of theoretical analysis paradigm in analyzing and designing competitiveness elements. Combining the advantages of SWOT-AHP method in strategic decision quantification.
