資產(chǎn)全壽命智能物聯(lián)平臺的架構(gòu)設計與應用前景研究

【摘要】:資產(chǎn)全壽命周期管理自從被引入中國電力企業(yè)以來,在降低資產(chǎn)管理成本,提高效益方面展現(xiàn)了巨大的潛力。針對目前尚缺乏合理的、真正覆蓋全壽命過程的資產(chǎn)全壽命周期管理平臺的架構(gòu)設計方法,結(jié)合快速發(fā)展的工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)概念及電力企業(yè)資產(chǎn)管理實際,設計出一套基于智能物聯(lián)的資產(chǎn)全壽命管理平臺。平臺包括實物設備(包括其身份編碼),智能識別,數(shù)據(jù)中心,物聯(lián)應用及全景視圖5個層級。該系統(tǒng)可以為電力企業(yè)提供數(shù)字物流、預測性檢修等極具競爭力的服務模塊。該平臺有望應用于電力資產(chǎn)管理實際,幫助電力企業(yè)在"新常態(tài)"中降低成本,提高效益。
[Abstract]:The life cycle management of assets has shown great potential in reducing the cost of asset management and improving the efficiency since it was introduced into China's electric power enterprises. A set of asset life management platform based on intelligent material union is designed. The platform includes 5 levels of physical equipment (including its identity code), intelligent identification, data center, material connection application and panoramic view. This system can provide the power enterprises with the competitive services such as digital logistics, predictive maintenance and so on. The platform is expected to be applied to the practice of power asset management and help power companies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the new normal.
