【摘要】：基于軍民融合的視角,對(duì)國(guó)防武器裝備基礎(chǔ)研究科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的動(dòng)力機(jī)制和轉(zhuǎn)化路徑進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,繪制國(guó)防武器裝備基礎(chǔ)研究科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)流圖,深入分析轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題和影響因素,構(gòu)建基于市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的國(guó)防基礎(chǔ)研究科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模型,分析市場(chǎng)機(jī)制下國(guó)防基礎(chǔ)科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化中存在的主要問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of military and civilian integration, the dynamic mechanism and transformation path of scientific and technological achievements in basic research of national defense weapons and equipment are systematically studied, and the system dynamics flow diagram of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of basic research of national defense weapons and equipment is drawn. This paper deeply analyzes the key problems and influencing factors in the process of transformation, constructs the transformation model of the scientific and technological achievements of national defense basic research based on the market mechanism, and analyzes the main problems existing in the transformation of the basic scientific research achievements of national defense under the market mechanism.
