互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代茶企財(cái)務(wù)管理人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)茶企大多為小微企業(yè)類(lèi)型,這就直接導(dǎo)致了茶企普遍存在著利潤(rùn)率低的現(xiàn)狀。為此,通過(guò)創(chuàng)新企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理人才的培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,使其能著眼于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式重構(gòu)工作,則將成為茶企在未來(lái)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。創(chuàng)新的路徑包括:正視茶企財(cái)務(wù)管理人員隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀、分層完成財(cái)務(wù)管理人才的培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、突出培養(yǎng)財(cái)務(wù)人員的機(jī)制創(chuàng)新能力、進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)管理部門(mén)的組織文化建設(shè)等四個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Most tea enterprises in our country are small and micro enterprises, which directly leads to the low profit margin of tea enterprises. Therefore, by innovating the training mechanism of enterprise financial management talents and making it focus on the reconstruction of financial management mode in the Internet era, it will become the core competitiveness of tea enterprises in the future. The innovation path includes four aspects: facing the present situation of the contingent of financial management personnel in tea enterprises, completing the training plan of financial management talents in different levels, emphasizing the ability of mechanism innovation of training financial personnel, and carrying out the organizational culture construction of financial management department.
