互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代茶企財務管理人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:我國茶企大多為小微企業(yè)類型,這就直接導致了茶企普遍存在著利潤率低的現(xiàn)狀。為此,通過創(chuàng)新企業(yè)財務管理人才的培養(yǎng)機制,使其能著眼于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的財務管理模式重構工作,則將成為茶企在未來的核心競爭力。創(chuàng)新的路徑包括:正視茶企財務管理人員隊伍的現(xiàn)狀、分層完成財務管理人才的培養(yǎng)計劃、突出培養(yǎng)財務人員的機制創(chuàng)新能力、進行財務管理部門的組織文化建設等四個方面。
[Abstract]:Most tea enterprises in our country are small and micro enterprises, which directly leads to the low profit margin of tea enterprises. Therefore, by innovating the training mechanism of enterprise financial management talents and making it focus on the reconstruction of financial management mode in the Internet era, it will become the core competitiveness of tea enterprises in the future. The innovation path includes four aspects: facing the present situation of the contingent of financial management personnel in tea enterprises, completing the training plan of financial management talents in different levels, emphasizing the ability of mechanism innovation of training financial personnel, and carrying out the organizational culture construction of financial management department.
