【摘要】：隨著京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展深入推進(jìn)和非首都功能疏解進(jìn)程加快,北京市工業(yè)布局優(yōu)化調(diào)整正面臨前所未有的歷史機(jī)遇,需要從京津冀和全市兩個層面統(tǒng)籌謀劃、尋求突破。在京津冀區(qū)域?qū)用?北京市工業(yè)布局要突出區(qū)域協(xié)作主線,著力構(gòu)建"一核、三帶、四心"區(qū)域新棋局;在市域?qū)用?北京市工業(yè)布局要以中關(guān)村國家自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)為主體,著力形成"兩城出新、三核驅(qū)動、多點支撐"發(fā)展新格局。通過完善相關(guān)政策和創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制優(yōu)化調(diào)整工業(yè)布局,北京市可以為構(gòu)建"高精尖"經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)提供更多的發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:With the development of cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the optimization and adjustment of industrial layout in Beijing is facing unprecedented historical opportunities. It is necessary to plan and seek a breakthrough from the two levels of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the whole city. In the area of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the industrial layout of Beijing should highlight the main line of regional cooperation and focus on Constructing "the main line of regional cooperation". One core, three belt, four heart "regional new chess game", in the city level, Beijing industrial layout should take Zhongguancun national independent innovation demonstration area as the main body, and focus on the formation of "two cities out of new, three nuclear drive, multi point support" to develop new pattern. Through improving the relevant policies and innovation system mechanism to optimize and adjust industrial layout, Beijing can build "high precision" The economic structure provides more space for development.
