【摘要】：由于受國內(nèi)原材料供給不足、紙和紙制品出口量與國內(nèi)需求量增加、貿(mào)易政策和匯率等因素的影響,我國紙漿貿(mào)易出現(xiàn)巨額的貿(mào)易逆差。隨著市場需求量的不斷擴大,貿(mào)易逆差不斷擴大。貿(mào)易逆差的出現(xiàn)會耗費大量外匯,增加外匯的價格,同時國內(nèi)大量進口紙漿,也會對本國的造紙業(yè)帶來威脅,影響我國造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)及相關產(chǎn)業(yè)的安全。針對這種情況,要提高我國造紙行業(yè)的競爭力,推進林紙一體化,發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟。
[Abstract]:Due to the shortage of domestic raw materials, the increase of export volume and domestic demand of paper and paper products, the trade policy and exchange rate, there is a huge trade deficit in pulp trade in China. With the continuous expansion of market demand, the trade deficit continues to expand. The appearance of trade deficit will consume a large amount of foreign exchange and increase the price of foreign exchange. At the same time, a large number of domestic pulp imports will also threaten the domestic paper industry and affect the safety of China's paper industry and related industries. In view of this situation, we should improve the competitiveness of China's paper industry, promote the integration of forest and paper, and develop circular economy.
