戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)視角下的雙元型組織構(gòu)建路徑研究——基于海爾、華為、小米三家制造企業(yè)的案例分析

【摘要】:從戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)視角,探討雙元型組織的構(gòu)建路徑。通過海爾、華為和小米三家制造企業(yè)的案例研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,高管團隊認知和行為整合協(xié)同耦合,共同成為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)的驅(qū)動因素。第二,戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)由組織學習、網(wǎng)絡關系、戰(zhàn)略更新和模式重構(gòu)四個核心要素組成。這些要素以互補的方式結(jié)合在一起,使企業(yè)同步搜索機會與優(yōu)勢成為可能。第三,動態(tài)能力在戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)影響雙元型組織的過程中起到了正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。第四,創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境為整個雙元型組織的構(gòu)建過程提供了有力支撐。第五,組織雙元建設是戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)業(yè)各要素協(xié)同演化的過程。其演化路徑沿著"組織單元型—組織過渡型—組織雙元型"的方向躍升發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of strategic entrepreneurship, this paper discusses the construction path of dual-element organization. Through the case studies of Haier, Huawei and Xiaomi, it is found that: first, the cognitive and behavioral integration of the executive team has become the driving factor of strategic entrepreneurship. Second, strategic entrepreneurship consists of four core elements: organizational learning, network relationship, strategic renewal and pattern reconstruction. These elements are combined in a complementary way, making it possible for enterprises to synchronize search opportunities and advantages. Third, dynamic ability plays a positive role in the process of strategic entrepreneurship affecting dual organization. Fourth, the entrepreneurial environment provides a strong support for the construction process of the dual-element organization. Fifth, organizational duality is the process of co-evolution of various elements of strategic entrepreneurship. Its evolution path leaps and develops along the direction of "organizational unit type-organizational transition type-organizational double element type".
