【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的發(fā)展,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)已成為一個(gè)國家和地區(qū)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性資源和掌握發(fā)展主動(dòng)權(quán)的關(guān)鍵要素。在市場全球化發(fā)展的今天,企業(yè)間的競爭早已濃縮為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和科技等硬實(shí)力的較量,專利正是其中最重要的一環(huán)。當(dāng)前,我國企業(yè)還對專利制度一知半解,知之甚少,而國外發(fā)達(dá)國家的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度已經(jīng)相對成熟,他們利用知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)規(guī)則對我國企業(yè)構(gòu)成了強(qiáng)大威脅。通過研究典型企業(yè)的專利戰(zhàn)略制定和實(shí)施狀況對我國眾多專利戰(zhàn)略剛處于起步階段企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的參考價(jià)值。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略的重要目標(biāo),實(shí)施企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略是促進(jìn)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要保障。本文根據(jù)專利信息分析系統(tǒng),通過定性、定量的分析方法,檢索光固化樹脂領(lǐng)域在全球的專利狀況,指導(dǎo)江蘇三木集團(tuán)有限公司制定科學(xué)合理專利戰(zhàn)略,由此,對我國其他企業(yè)制定實(shí)施專利戰(zhàn)略提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economy, intellectual property has become a strategic resource for a country and a region and a key element to master the initiative of development. With the development of market globalization, competition among enterprises has long been concentrated into the contest of technological innovation ability and hard power, and patent is the most important one. At present, Chinese enterprises still know a little about the patent system, but the intellectual property system of foreign developed countries has been relatively mature, they make use of the intellectual property rights rules to pose a strong threat to our enterprises. The study of patent strategy formulation and implementation of typical enterprises has important reference value for the development of many patent strategies in China just at the initial stage. Technological innovation is an important goal of enterprise patent strategy, and the implementation of enterprise patent strategy is an important guarantee to promote enterprise technological innovation. According to the patent information analysis system, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, this paper retrieves the patent status in the field of light curing resin in the world, instructs Jiangsu Sanmu Group Co., Ltd. to formulate scientific and reasonable patent strategy. To other enterprises in China to formulate and implement patent strategy to provide reference.
