【摘要】：安國市作為河北省的一個縣級市,由保定市代管,素有“藥都”和“天下第一藥市”之稱。市場面積60萬平方米,上市品種2000多種,年成交額38.8億元,藥材吞吐量10萬噸。雖然藥業(yè)是安國的優(yōu)勢支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),三分天下有其一,有著特色經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)文化,且制藥企業(yè)規(guī)�；�,但安國市中藥企業(yè)的發(fā)展并沒有因此進(jìn)一步的推動安國的經(jīng)濟,其規(guī)模經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)、市場競爭力的缺乏以及融資成本的居高不下,都使得安國經(jīng)濟處于一種疲軟的狀態(tài)。本文通過對安國市中藥企業(yè)融資狀況的調(diào)查,著重分析企業(yè)的資金狀況、資金需求情況以及資金來源渠道,并針對融資難這一狀況進(jìn)行原因分析。另外,也通過調(diào)查指出安國市中藥企業(yè)融資中存在的問題。最后根據(jù)資金需求和資金來源的分析得出對安國市中藥企業(yè)融資難的原因和建議。本文分為五部分。開篇介紹了論文選題的背景、研究目的及其意義,并對中小企業(yè)融資難研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述;接下來表述了文章所用調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計理念并簡單說明調(diào)查方式;再從安國市中藥企業(yè)行業(yè)、基本情況、資金需求量以及融資情況和環(huán)境分別對安國市中藥企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)查問卷統(tǒng)計并分析,第四章分析安國市中藥企業(yè)自身的原因以及融資中存在的問題。第五章主要從安國市中藥企業(yè)自身和外部融資環(huán)境提出解決中藥企業(yè)融資難的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As a county-level city in Hebei Province, Anguo City is managed by Baoding City, known as the "medicine capital" and "the world's first medicine city." Market area of 600000 square meters, more than 2000 varieties listed, annual turnover of 3.88 billion yuan, 100000 tons of medicinal materials throughput. Although the pharmaceutical industry is the dominant pillar industry of Anguo, with one of the three parts of the world, characterized by economic, industrial, cultural, and large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises, the development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Anguo City has not further promoted Anguo's economy. Its economies of scale, lack of market competitiveness and high financing costs all make Anguo's economy weak. Based on the investigation of the financing situation of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Anguo City, this paper focuses on the analysis of the capital status, capital demand and the sources of funds, and analyzes the reasons for the financing difficulties. In addition, it also points out the problems existing in the financing of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Anguo City. Finally, according to the analysis of the capital demand and the source of funds, the reasons and suggestions for the financing difficulties of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Anguo City are obtained. This paper is divided into five parts. At the beginning of the paper, the background, purpose and significance of the thesis are introduced, and the current situation of the research on the financing difficulties of SMEs is summarized. Then, the design concept of the questionnaire used in the paper is described and the survey method is simply explained. Then from the Anguo traditional Chinese medicine enterprise industry, the basic situation, the capital demand, the financing situation and the environment separately carries on the questionnaire statistics and the analysis to the Anguo traditional Chinese medicine enterprise. The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons of Anguo traditional Chinese medicine enterprises and the problems in financing. The fifth chapter mainly puts forward some suggestions to solve the financing difficulties of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises from Anguo city itself and external financing environment.
