【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,道路運(yùn)輸車輛的專業(yè)化、高速化趨勢(shì)愈加明顯。世界各國(guó)對(duì)各種類型專用汽車的需求不斷增加,在西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,專用汽車市場(chǎng)較為成熟。相比之下,中國(guó)專用汽車市場(chǎng)起步較晚,市場(chǎng)細(xì)分程度不夠。而目前國(guó)內(nèi)物流業(yè)和城市建設(shè)的突破式發(fā)展,為我國(guó)專用汽車發(fā)展奠定了良好的市場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ),從市場(chǎng)規(guī)模和專用車制造水平等方面看,中國(guó)專用汽車都還有巨大的提升空間。本文通過對(duì)KC集團(tuán)專用汽車生產(chǎn)基地項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的可行性分析,論證該項(xiàng)目的可行性并提出相應(yīng)的建設(shè)方案,補(bǔ)充了國(guó)內(nèi)專用車基地建設(shè)方面的研究?jī)?nèi)容,為投資建造專用車制造基地提供可靠依據(jù)和支撐。本文首先介紹了KC集團(tuán)專用汽車生產(chǎn)基地項(xiàng)目提出的背景、項(xiàng)目的基本概況及KC集團(tuán)的概況,然后對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外專用車市場(chǎng)發(fā)展方向和需求狀況進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的前景進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),確定了目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)。根據(jù)市場(chǎng)定位和集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略,確定了項(xiàng)目的總體規(guī)劃理念、建設(shè)方案和分期建設(shè)設(shè)想,初步設(shè)定了生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。通過計(jì)算內(nèi)部收益率、投資回收期等指標(biāo),對(duì)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行了可行性分析,最終得出了該項(xiàng)目的可行性分析結(jié)論。本論文的研究結(jié)論是:KC集團(tuán)專用汽車生產(chǎn)基地項(xiàng)目在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益上是可行的。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, the specialization of road transport vehicles and the trend of high speed are becoming more and more obvious. The demand for all kinds of special purpose vehicles is increasing all over the world. In the western developed countries, the market of special purpose vehicles is more mature. By contrast, the Chinese special purpose vehicle market starts late, the market segmentation degree is not enough. At present, the breakthrough development of domestic logistics industry and urban construction has laid a good market foundation for the development of special purpose vehicles in China. In terms of market scale and manufacturing level of special purpose vehicles, there is a huge room for improvement of special purpose vehicles in China. Based on the feasibility analysis of the construction of the special purpose vehicle production base project of KC Group, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of the project and puts forward the corresponding construction plan, which complements the research content of the domestic special purpose vehicle base construction. For investment in the construction of special purpose vehicle manufacturing base to provide reliable basis and support. This paper first introduces the background, the basic situation of the project and the general situation of the KC group, then analyzes the development direction and demand of the special purpose vehicle market at home and abroad. The prospect of the project is forecasted and the target market is determined. According to the market orientation and group strategy, the general planning concept, construction plan and phased construction plan of the project are determined, and the production scale is preliminarily set up. The feasibility analysis of the economic and social benefits of the project is carried out by calculating the internal rate of return and the payback period of the investment. Finally, the feasibility analysis conclusion of the project is obtained. The research conclusion of this paper is that the production base project of special purpose vehicle of KC Group is feasible in economic benefit.
