【摘要】：正21世紀(jì)以來,我國中西部和東部地區(qū)老工業(yè)基地陸續(xù)進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的攻堅(jiān)階段,無論是在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)的時(shí)期還是現(xiàn)階段經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)時(shí)期都沒有停止轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的腳步,并出現(xiàn)了一些代表性的振興發(fā)展模式。這些模式是地方創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐的結(jié)果,也是這些老工業(yè)城市在轉(zhuǎn)型的陣痛中倒逼出來的,對(duì)于其他老工業(yè)城市振興發(fā)展具有較強(qiáng)的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the old industrial bases in the central and western and eastern regions of China have gradually entered the critical stage of transformation and development. Neither in the period of rapid economic growth nor in the present stage of the new normal economic period have they stopped the pace of transformation and development. And has appeared some representative revitalization development pattern. These models are the result of local innovation practice and forced out by these old industrial cities in the pain of transformation, which has a strong reference significance for the revitalization and development of other old industrial cities.
