【摘要】:隨著人才競爭的日趨激烈,加大企業(yè)現(xiàn)有人力資源的開發(fā)、利用力度,已成為目前企業(yè)解決人才短缺、挑戰(zhàn)人才競爭的最主要途徑。企業(yè)的競爭歸根結(jié)底是人力資源的競爭,而科學的員工培訓管理,可有效開發(fā)人力資源和提升企業(yè)競爭力。中國石油運輸公司隨著規(guī)模的擴大以及發(fā)展速度的加快,現(xiàn)有培訓管理體系特別是配送中心主任培訓體系存在的問題和瓶頸逐漸明顯,很難滿足員工自我發(fā)展的需要,以及公司發(fā)展對人才培養(yǎng)的要求,優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有培訓管理體系勢在必行。本文以中國石油運輸公司作為研究對象,針對現(xiàn)行培訓過程中出現(xiàn)的一些問題和弊端,提出改進和完善中國石油運輸公司配送中心主任培訓體系的具體措施。本文首先交待了論文研究的背景和意義、研究方法與主要內(nèi)容,在此基礎(chǔ)上評述概括已有的主要的員工培訓理論,主要介紹了培訓的概念和分類,以及企業(yè)員工培訓的基本理論和方法。其次,分析了目前中國石油運輸公司配送中心主任培訓管理體系現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題。再次,聯(lián)系實際情況,在對中國石油運輸公司配送中心主任培訓需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用科學的分析方法,改進完善了員工培訓體系方案。同時,為了確保培訓工作的順利開展,從組織機構(gòu)保障、人員保障以及培訓經(jīng)費保障等三個方面提出了中國石油運輸公司配送中心主任培訓方案實施的保障措施。文章的最后對本文的研究結(jié)論進行了闡述,并對未來更進一步的研究方向,做了展望。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition for talents, increasing the development and utilization of existing human resources in enterprises has become the most important way for enterprises to solve the talent shortage and challenge the talent competition. In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises is the competition of human resources, and scientific management of staff training can effectively develop human resources and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. With the expansion of the scale and the speed of development, the problems and bottlenecks of the current training management system, especially the training system of the director of the distribution center, are becoming more and more obvious, and it is difficult to meet the needs of the employees' self-development. As well as the development of the company's requirements for talent training, optimization of the existing training management system is imperative. This paper takes China Petroleum Transportation Company as the research object, aiming at some problems and disadvantages in the current training process, puts forward some concrete measures to improve and perfect the training system of the Director of Distribution Center of China Petroleum Transportation Company. This paper first describes the background and significance of the research, research methods and main contents, and then reviews and summarizes the existing main employee training theory, mainly introduces the concept and classification of training. And the basic theory and method of employee training. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of the training and management system of the Director of Distribution Center of China Petroleum Transportation Company. Thirdly, according to the actual situation, on the basis of the analysis of the training demand of the director of the distribution center of China Petroleum Transportation Company, a scientific analysis method is adopted to improve and perfect the employee training system. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth development of the training work, this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the training scheme for the director of the distribution center of China Petroleum Transportation Company from three aspects: the organizational security, the personnel security and the training fund guarantee. At the end of the paper, the conclusion of this paper is expounded, and the further research direction in the future is prospected.
