【摘要】:哈薩克斯坦的地理位置處于亞洲大陸的中間地帶,其國(guó)土的面積大約有著二百七十多萬(wàn)平方千米,她的東部是中國(guó),西部是里海,南部與3個(gè)國(guó)家接壤,北部是俄國(guó)。當(dāng)今世界石油依然是人類社會(huì)賴以生存的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)之一,是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的重要資源,各國(guó)都把石油戰(zhàn)略作為其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。隨著各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)石油需求的不斷增長(zhǎng),各國(guó)圍繞哈薩克斯坦石油開發(fā)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)全面展開,哈薩克斯坦成為諸多國(guó)際力量博弈的對(duì)象。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,學(xué)界大多從哈薩克斯坦石油政策展開研究,而往往忽視將哈薩克斯坦作為重要的石油輸出主體的研究,本文從哈薩克斯坦角度,分析哈國(guó)的石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)意義。本文主要運(yùn)用了波特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論研究哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并分析哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)的價(jià)值鏈。在了解了哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)的上中下游各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)后,我們結(jié)合石油企業(yè)資源稀缺、國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)、一體化經(jīng)營(yíng)、規(guī);(jīng)營(yíng)和技術(shù)密集性的特點(diǎn)界定了石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的形成過(guò)程。我們根據(jù)石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論,結(jié)合對(duì)哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)的分析有針對(duì)性的提出了影響哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的各個(gè)因素,主要有技術(shù)創(chuàng)新因素、人力資本因素、資本運(yùn)營(yíng)因素和信息技術(shù)因素。根據(jù)這些影響因素,我們建立了哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,其中包括了4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和15個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),并采用模糊物元法建立了哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)其在行業(yè)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力和所具備的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)。本文以哈薩克斯坦石油企業(yè)為研究切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)哈薩克斯坦石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系的分析,清楚的展示了哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)各個(gè)方面的發(fā)展水平。針對(duì)哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿?qiáng)但創(chuàng)新能力弱等競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,我們對(duì)如何提升哈國(guó)石油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Located in the middle of the Asian continent, Kazakhstan covers an area of more than 270 square kilometers. To the east is China, to the west is the Caspian Sea, to the south is bordering three countries, and to the north is Russia. Nowadays, oil in the world is still one of the material bases for the survival of human society and an important resource for economic development and social progress. Every country regards petroleum strategy as an important part of its economic development strategy. With the increasing demand for oil in the economic development of various countries, the international competition around the oil development of Kazakhstan has been carried out in an all-round way, and Kazakhstan has become the object of many international power games. In view of this phenomenon, the academic circles mostly carry out the research from Kazakhstan's petroleum policy, but often ignore the study of Kazakhstan as an important oil export subject. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of Kazakh oil enterprises from the perspective of Kazakhstan. It has a strong guiding significance. This paper mainly uses Porter's competitive advantage theory to study the competitiveness of Kazakh oil enterprises and analyze the value chain of Kazakh oil enterprises. After understanding the upper, middle and lower reaches of the oil enterprises of Kazakhstan, we define the forming process of the competitive power of oil enterprises in combination with the characteristics of scarcity of resources, international management, integration management, large-scale operation and technology denseness of oil enterprises. According to the theory of the competitiveness of oil enterprises, combined with the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the oil enterprises of Kazakhstan, we have pointed out the factors that affect the competitiveness of the oil enterprises of Kazakhstan, mainly the factors of technological innovation and human capital. Capital operation factor and information technology factor. According to these influencing factors, we set up an index system for evaluating the competitiveness of Kazakh petroleum enterprises, which includes 4 first-grade indexes and 15 second-class indexes, and establishes the evaluation model of the competitiveness of Harbin petroleum enterprises by using the fuzzy matter-element method. Its competitive power and competitive advantage in the industry are analyzed and evaluated. This paper takes Kazakh petroleum enterprises as the starting point of research, through the analysis of the competitive evaluation system of Kazakh oil enterprises, clearly shows the development level of various aspects of Kazakh oil enterprises. Based on the evaluation results of Kazakh petroleum enterprises with strong development potential but weak innovation ability, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to enhance the competitiveness of Kazakh oil enterprises.
