【摘要】：在核電工程項(xiàng)目中,最為關(guān)注的就是核安全問題,而核安全與核電的設(shè)備有著直接關(guān)聯(lián)。設(shè)計(jì)作為核電項(xiàng)目的龍頭,貫穿整個(gè)項(xiàng)目,不論是設(shè)備本身的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙文件,還是設(shè)備采購過程的技術(shù)澄清,亦或是制造安裝過程中設(shè)備的變更和不符合項(xiàng),這些設(shè)備相關(guān)的工作都與設(shè)計(jì)單位有關(guān)。核電項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)備管理工作的有效管控,不僅僅是設(shè)計(jì)單位自身的內(nèi)部管理工作之一,同時(shí)也能有效的服務(wù)于核安全文化。本文就某核電設(shè)計(jì)單位的設(shè)備管理作為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合該單位在核電發(fā)展的新形勢(shì)下的任務(wù)需求,研究設(shè)備管理的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù),分析核電設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)備管理的特點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵的業(yè)務(wù)流程,發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備管理中存在的問題并提出改進(jìn)措施�；趯�(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程的認(rèn)識(shí),分別對(duì)E-P提資管理、NCR管理、RFIEDCR進(jìn)行了流程分析和流程優(yōu)化,并構(gòu)建了對(duì)應(yīng)的信息化平臺(tái)。通過本文的研究,基本解決了該單位在設(shè)備管理中的主要問題。通過本文研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了核電設(shè)備管理業(yè)務(wù)的高效管控,打破了傳統(tǒng)的核電項(xiàng)目設(shè)備管理執(zhí)行過程中業(yè)務(wù)流程割裂、各自為政的情況,各類設(shè)計(jì)管理工作的平均處理效率有了顯著提高。
[Abstract]:Nuclear safety is the most important issue in nuclear power project, and nuclear safety is directly related to nuclear power equipment. Design, as the head of the nuclear power project, runs through the whole project, whether it is the design drawings of the equipment itself, the technical clarification of the equipment procurement process, or the changes and nonconformities of the equipment during the manufacturing and installation process, These equipment related work is related to the design unit. The effective control of the equipment management of nuclear power project design is not only one of the internal management work of the design unit itself, but also can effectively serve the nuclear safety culture. In this paper, the equipment management of a nuclear power design unit is taken as the object of study. According to the task requirements of the unit under the new situation of nuclear power development, the business of equipment management is studied, and the characteristics and key business processes of nuclear power design equipment management are analyzed. Identify problems in equipment management and propose improvement measures. Based on the understanding of business process, the flow analysis and process optimization of E-P capital raising management and NCR management RFIEDCR are carried out, and the corresponding information platform is constructed. Through the research of this paper, the main problems in the equipment management of this unit are basically solved. Through the research of this paper, the efficient management of nuclear power equipment management business is realized, which breaks the business process of traditional nuclear power project equipment management and implementation process. The average processing efficiency of all kinds of design management has been significantly improved.
