石嘴山市S企業(yè)人才流失問(wèn)題分析與控制策略研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)為了在快速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)中生存,不得不面對(duì)行業(yè)內(nèi)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。近年來(lái),人才成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要資本,也成為企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成功與否的關(guān)鍵因素。也正是因?yàn)槿绱?企業(yè)間的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)造成了人才大量的流動(dòng)。對(duì)于人才流出較多而流進(jìn)較少的企業(yè)而言,便等同于產(chǎn)生了人才流失的負(fù)面問(wèn)題。因此,企業(yè)只有人才充足,才能快速健康地發(fā)展。S企業(yè)是石嘴山市一家生產(chǎn)型國(guó)企,該企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)型的工作性質(zhì)決定了企業(yè)急需會(huì)管理人才的中層管理人員、技術(shù)過(guò)硬的專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員和勤勞務(wù)實(shí)的普通員工。然而因?yàn)榉N種原因,S企業(yè)近年來(lái)人才流失的問(wèn)題較為嚴(yán)重。本文針對(duì)這種現(xiàn)象,專(zhuān)門(mén)對(duì)S企業(yè)進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查研究,運(yùn)用專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)來(lái)分析產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象的原因,并就如何控制人才流失、更好地利用人才提出了一些策略。本文共分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論。概括性地描述了研究項(xiàng)目所處的社會(huì)背景、意義、思考線路、內(nèi)容以及采用的研究方法。第二部分為研究綜述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)存的與本文相關(guān)的理論及概念進(jìn)行了闡述。第三部分是對(duì)S企業(yè)的基本概況、S企業(yè)人力資源管理概況及其人才流失的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行闡述。第四部分是分層次對(duì)發(fā)生在S企業(yè)的人才流失問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究和分析。第五部分是控制策略研究,從激勵(lì)的角度出發(fā),提出具體的控制策略。第六部分是研究結(jié)論和后續(xù)需深化的議題。通過(guò)對(duì)S企業(yè)人才流失問(wèn)題的研究,得出一些結(jié)論,并提出后續(xù)的研究方向。最終為企業(yè)人才儲(chǔ)備和使用提供幫助。
[Abstract]:In order to survive in the rapidly developing economy, enterprises have to face the fierce competition in the industry. In recent years, talent has become an important capital for enterprise development and a key factor for the success of business operation. It is precisely because of this, the fierce competition between enterprises caused a large number of talent flow. For enterprises with more brain drain and less inflow, it is equivalent to the negative problem of brain drain. Therefore, only if the enterprise has sufficient talents, can the enterprise develop rapidly and healthily. It is a productive state-owned enterprise in Shizuishan City. The nature of the production technology type of the enterprise determines the middle management personnel who are in urgent need of management talents. Skilled professional and technical personnel and industrious and pragmatic ordinary staff. However, due to various reasons, the problem of brain drain in S enterprises in recent years is more serious. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper makes a deep investigation and research on S enterprises, analyzes the causes of this phenomenon by using professional knowledge, and puts forward some strategies on how to control the brain drain and make better use of talents. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. The social background, significance, thinking line, content and research methods of the research project are described in this paper. The second part is a review of the research, the existing domestic and foreign theories and concepts related to this paper are expounded. The third part is the basic situation of S enterprise. The fourth part is to investigate and analyze the problem of brain drain in S enterprise. The fifth part is the control strategy research, from the point of view of incentive, put forward the specific control strategy. The sixth part is the conclusion of the study and the topics to be deepened. Through the study of the problem of S enterprise brain drain, some conclusions are drawn, and the following research directions are put forward. Finally, to provide help for the enterprise talent reserve and use.
