綠色建造過(guò)程中資源循環(huán)利用的影響因素與協(xié)同策略研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)建筑行業(yè)存在著能源資源消耗量大、廢棄物產(chǎn)出多的特點(diǎn),長(zhǎng)此以往勢(shì)必造成環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)破壞。綠色建造是可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念在建設(shè)工程領(lǐng)域的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式,其基本內(nèi)涵是通過(guò)科學(xué)管理和技術(shù)進(jìn)步,最大程度節(jié)約和循環(huán)利用建筑材料、能源及水資源,以及減少建筑垃圾和污染物的排放。綠色建造過(guò)程涉及到從綠色策劃到施工的不同階段,以及業(yè)主方、設(shè)計(jì)方、施工方、供應(yīng)商等多個(gè)工程建設(shè)參與主體,因而影響資源循環(huán)利用效果的因素很多,各因素對(duì)資源循環(huán)利用系統(tǒng)的作用機(jī)理也極為復(fù)雜。本文通過(guò)梳理綠色建造不同階段資源循環(huán)利用的影響因素,采用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型(ISM)分析各因素的影響機(jī)理,揭示各影響因素的層次關(guān)系及其類型,在此基礎(chǔ)上識(shí)別綠色建造過(guò)程資源循環(huán)利用系統(tǒng)的序參量,據(jù)此有針對(duì)性地提出消除影響因素的協(xié)同策略,從而對(duì)提高綠色建造過(guò)程中資源循環(huán)利用系統(tǒng)的有序協(xié)同性、提高資源循環(huán)利用效益與效率具有指導(dǎo)意義。首先,闡述了研究背景和研究思路,提出論文的中心論題,分析研究理論基礎(chǔ)。梳理出綠色建造不同階段資源循環(huán)利用的主要影響因素,運(yùn)用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷法篩選影響因素,運(yùn)用ISM法構(gòu)建影響因素的解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型,確定各因素之間的作用機(jī)理和層次結(jié)構(gòu),得出承包商資源循環(huán)利用效益等表象層因素是最直接、最基本的影響因素;施工項(xiàng)目管理水平等中間層影響因素是連接深層影響因素和表層的紐帶;協(xié)同機(jī)制等根源層影響因素是外部因素和深層次影響因素。再次,引用ASP中聯(lián)系度構(gòu)建序參量識(shí)別模型,找出解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型中每一層級(jí)的關(guān)鍵因素及整體序參量集,最后識(shí)別出綠色建造過(guò)程中資源循環(huán)利用系統(tǒng)的序參量集為承包商資源循環(huán)利用效益、業(yè)主方能力、建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案、業(yè)主方綠色意識(shí)、施工項(xiàng)目管理水平、設(shè)計(jì)師綠色理念、外部制度、協(xié)同機(jī)制,因從整體分析得到根源層影響因素是關(guān)鍵因素,所以外部制度和協(xié)同機(jī)制是最終取得整個(gè)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的控制權(quán)的影響因素,這個(gè)序參量是在綠色建造過(guò)程中,影響資源循環(huán)利用效率最慢的序參量。最后,以識(shí)別出的序參量為基礎(chǔ),提出綠色建造過(guò)程中資源循環(huán)利用的協(xié)同策略,并以工程項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)證效果。針對(duì)根源層序參量提出加強(qiáng)資源循環(huán)利用利益相關(guān)者協(xié)同策略,針對(duì)中間層序參量提出推動(dòng)綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案等策略;針對(duì)表象層序參量提出控制綠色建造增量成本等策略。并根據(jù)成都銀泰中心項(xiàng)目綠色建造過(guò)程中資源循環(huán)利用的實(shí)施效果,即系統(tǒng)有序協(xié)同、資源消耗減量與利用率提高、資源循環(huán)利用效益良好來(lái)驗(yàn)證協(xié)同策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:The traditional construction industry has the characteristics of large consumption of energy and resources and more waste, which will inevitably cause environmental pollution and ecological destruction in the long run. Green construction is the realization form of the concept of sustainable development in the field of construction engineering. Its basic connotation is to economize and recycle construction materials, energy and water resources to the greatest extent through scientific management and technological progress. And reducing emissions of construction waste and pollutants. The process of green construction involves the different stages from green planning to construction, as well as the owners, designers, builders, suppliers and other engineering construction participants, so there are many factors that affect the effect of resource recycling. The action mechanism of each factor to the resource recycling system is also very complex. In this paper, the influencing factors of resource recycling in different stages of green construction are combed out, and the influence mechanism of these factors is analyzed by means of the explanatory structure model (ISM), and the hierarchical relationships and types of the factors are revealed. On this basis, the order parameters of the resource recycling system in the green construction process are identified. Based on this, the cooperative strategy to eliminate the influence factors is put forward, so as to improve the orderly synergy of the resource recycling system in the green construction process. It is of guiding significance to improve the benefit and efficiency of resource recycling. First of all, the research background and research ideas are expounded, the central topic of the paper is put forward, and the theoretical basis of the research is analyzed. The main influencing factors of resource recycling in different stages of green construction are sorted out, and the influencing factors are screened by questionnaire, and the explanatory structure model of influencing factors is constructed by ISM method, and the action mechanism and hierarchy of these factors are determined. It is concluded that the most direct and basic influencing factors are the apparent layer factors such as the efficiency of the contractor's recycling utilization of resources, the intermediate layer factors such as the level of construction project management are the link between the deep influencing factors and the surface layer. The influence factors of root layer such as synergetic mechanism are external factors and deep influence factors. Thirdly, the order parameter identification model is constructed by using the degree of linkage in ASP, and the key factors and the whole order parameter set of each level in the interpretation structure model are found out. Finally, the order parameter set of resource recycling system in green construction process is identified as contractor resource recycling benefit, owner's ability, architectural design scheme, owner's green consciousness, construction project management level and designer's green idea. The external system, the synergistic mechanism, because the influence factor of the root layer is the key factor from the overall analysis, so the external system and the synergistic mechanism are the influence factors which ultimately obtain the control right of the whole system structure. This order parameter is the slowest order parameter affecting the recycling efficiency of resources in the process of green construction. Finally, based on the identified order parameters, the cooperative strategy of resource recycling in the process of green construction is put forward, and the effect is verified by the engineering project. Aiming at the source sequence parameter, this paper puts forward some strategies, such as strengthening stakeholder coordination strategy of resource recycling, promoting green building design scheme for middle sequence parameter, and controlling incremental cost of green construction for image sequence parameter. And according to the implementation effect of resource recycling in the green construction of Chengdu Yintai Center project, that is, system orderly cooperation, resource consumption reduction and utilization increase, resource recycling benefit is good to verify the effectiveness of the coordination strategy.
