【摘要】：運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)心理學(xué)儀器,對煤礦員工的聲光反應(yīng)和操作反應(yīng)敏捷性、準(zhǔn)確性、注意力集中能力、注意力分配能力,實(shí)施心理測量統(tǒng)計(jì),獲得各項(xiàng)目員工安全心理等級劃分臨界值和最低閾限值。為安全心理參數(shù)和安全心理量化評鑒提供科學(xué)依據(jù),各項(xiàng)心理測量數(shù)值經(jīng)煤炭井建企業(yè)與大型采煤礦山近兩千名員工心理測量統(tǒng)計(jì)驗(yàn)證比較,驗(yàn)證結(jié)果最小誤差為0,完全吻合,平均誤差為0.1125。表明各項(xiàng)數(shù)值信度可靠,具有煤礦員工安全心理量化評價(jià)的普遍適用性。
[Abstract]:The acoustooptic and operational response agility, accuracy, attention concentration ability, attention distribution ability, psychological measurement and statistics of coal mine employees were carried out by means of experimental psychological instruments. The critical value and the minimum threshold value of the safety psychological grade of each project employee are obtained. To provide scientific basis for safety psychological parameters and quantitative evaluation of safety psychology, the psychological measurement values are verified and compared with nearly 2,000 employees in coal well construction enterprises and large coal mining mines. The minimum error of the results is 0, which is in good agreement with each other. The average error is 0.1125. The results show that the reliability of each numerical value is reliable and has the general applicability of quantitative evaluation of safety psychology of coal mine employees.
