【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)化經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,建筑工程的市場(chǎng)在不斷擴(kuò)大,相關(guān)的管理與技術(shù)也在不斷的創(chuàng)新,實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑工程的低成本和低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)成為了相關(guān)人員的核心話題。EPC的業(yè)務(wù)模式在近些年發(fā)展較快,尤其是在建筑工程項(xiàng)目資金管理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制過程中,實(shí)用性較強(qiáng),產(chǎn)生的作用較大,有效的應(yīng)對(duì)了建筑工程工期長(zhǎng)、投入大、事務(wù)繁雜、不可控因素較多等所帶來的管理困難。因此,本文對(duì)其進(jìn)行了深入的研究,目的在于加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目資金管理,提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market-oriented economy, the market of construction engineering is constantly expanding, and the related management and technology are constantly innovating. In recent years, the business model of EPC has developed rapidly, especially in the process of capital management and risk control of construction projects. It can effectively deal with the management difficulties caused by long construction period, large investment, complicated affairs and many uncontrollable factors. Therefore, this paper carries on the thorough research, the purpose is to strengthen the project fund management, enhances the risk control ability.
