【摘要】：當(dāng)下中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展已取得前所未有的進步,同時也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的形勢,環(huán)境承載力幾乎達到極限。為此中國政府大力推進生態(tài)文明的建設(shè),提倡綠色發(fā)展、循環(huán)發(fā)展、低碳發(fā)展,引導(dǎo)并推動著汽車制造企業(yè)綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式的形成。汽車制造業(yè)在整個國民經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)中占據(jù)著重要地位,是中國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。然而,它在成長過程消耗了大量的資源,并且伴隨著嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染。綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新目前被視作制造業(yè)提升生產(chǎn)力和競爭力的關(guān)鍵,是建設(shè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展國家的重要標(biāo)志。設(shè)計并應(yīng)用汽車制造企業(yè)綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式尤其緊迫。本文首先分析中國汽車制造企業(yè)所處的政治、經(jīng)濟、社會和技術(shù)環(huán)境和現(xiàn)狀,并界定汽車制造企業(yè)綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式的內(nèi)涵、總結(jié)其特點,從而剖析汽車制造企業(yè)綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式的運行現(xiàn)狀。其次,以美國、德國、日本和韓國為例比較先進國家及其典型成功的汽車制造企業(yè)綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式,總結(jié)分析并借鑒它們進行綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)驗。再次,基于Greiner(1972)和陳佳貴(1995)提出的企業(yè)生命周期理論,為汽車制造企業(yè)的孕育階段、求生存階段、高速發(fā)展階段、成熟階段和衰退階段設(shè)計綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式,并為汽車制造企業(yè)綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式的選擇及實施提出建議。最后,本文以中國比亞迪公司為例,通過對其綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新環(huán)境和現(xiàn)狀進行分析,總結(jié)其綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式過程中存在的問題,選擇適合比亞迪公司的綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式,并給出實施建議。本研究期望為指導(dǎo)中國汽車制造企業(yè)綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展提供理論指導(dǎo)和科學(xué)依據(jù),從而推動中國制造業(yè)盡快實現(xiàn)綠色制造。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economic development has made unprecedented progress, but also facing a grim situation, environmental carrying capacity almost reached the limit. Therefore, the Chinese government has vigorously promoted the construction of ecological civilization, advocated green development, circular development and low-carbon development, and guided and promoted the formation of green technological innovation mode in automobile manufacturing enterprises. Automobile manufacturing industry occupies an important position in the whole national economic structure and is one of the pillar industries in China. However, it consumes a lot of resources and is accompanied by serious environmental pollution. Green technological innovation is regarded as the key to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of manufacturing industry, and it is an important symbol of building a sustainable development country. It is particularly urgent to design and apply green technology innovation mode of automobile manufacturing enterprises. This paper first analyzes the political, economic, social and technological environment and current situation of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises, and defines the connotation of green technological innovation mode of automobile manufacturing enterprises, and summarizes its characteristics. In order to analyze the automobile manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation mode operation status. Secondly, taking the United States, Germany, Japan and South Korea as examples, the green technology innovation model of automobile manufacturing enterprises in advanced countries and its typical success is compared, and the experience of green technology innovation is summarized and analyzed. Thirdly, based on the theory of enterprise life cycle proposed by Greiner (1972) and Chen Jiagui 1995), the green technology innovation model is designed for automobile manufacturing enterprises in the stages of gestation, survival, high speed development, maturity and recession. Suggestions are put forward for the choice and implementation of green technology innovation mode in automobile manufacturing enterprises. Finally, this paper takes BYD Corporation of China as an example, through analyzing its green technology innovation environment and present situation, summarizes the existing problems in the process of its green technological innovation mode, and selects the green technological innovation mode suitable for BYD Company. Suggestions for implementation are also given. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical guidance and scientific basis for guiding the development of green technology innovation in Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises, so as to promote China's manufacturing industry to realize green manufacturing as soon as possible.
