【摘要】：基于新常態(tài)下我國(guó)煤炭經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況及產(chǎn)能失衡現(xiàn)狀,分析了供給失衡的形成機(jī)理及解決的思路,并從深化煤炭供給改革、有效化解煤炭產(chǎn)能過剩2個(gè)方面提出推進(jìn)煤炭產(chǎn)能綜合平衡的具體政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of coal economy operation and production capacity imbalance in China under the new normal, the forming mechanism of supply imbalance and its solution are analyzed, and the reform of coal supply is deepened. In order to effectively resolve the coal overcapacity, the paper puts forward some specific policy suggestions to promote the comprehensive balance of coal production capacity.
