【摘要】：近年來,所有的電力企業(yè)都在進(jìn)行著不同層面的改革。改革的目的是為了讓企業(yè)更加健康長久的發(fā)展。項(xiàng)目管理是企業(yè)發(fā)展的基石,而確定項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)、及時掌握項(xiàng)目動態(tài),直接影響著項(xiàng)目管理水平的高底,也就影響了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增長,影響電力企業(yè)在市場中的穩(wěn)定性。本文選擇了案例分析方法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法、工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)法、掙值管理理論分析研究法、以及模糊層次分析法進(jìn)行研究,同時在結(jié)合了項(xiàng)目管理、ERP功能模塊等理論基礎(chǔ)上,以北京市電力公司的工程項(xiàng)目為依托,選取企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù)的ERP實(shí)施為切入點(diǎn),從ERP系統(tǒng)中包含的主要功能模塊進(jìn)行研究,分析具體的ERP系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用過程。主要研究劃分為4個部分:第一,對北京電力公司基建的項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題進(jìn)行深入分析,從而總結(jié)了電力公司在項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問題,分別為部門成員對于工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行整體管理的水平參差不齊;部門成員對于實(shí)際管理與ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的結(jié)合度不高;部門投資預(yù)算計劃管理粗獷、項(xiàng)目信息粗糙、不準(zhǔn)確、滯后的情況明顯;創(chuàng)建工程項(xiàng)目時業(yè)務(wù)人員對財務(wù)知識不掌握導(dǎo)致財務(wù)信息錯誤、設(shè)備狀態(tài)分析不足等。第二,結(jié)合ERP系統(tǒng)的功能應(yīng)用在電力公司的工程項(xiàng)目的各個階段中,在項(xiàng)目計劃階段中,通過ERP中項(xiàng)目管理模塊,對工程項(xiàng)目的制定相應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目管理制度,在前期準(zhǔn)備階段,考慮了ERP系統(tǒng)中計劃管理模塊、預(yù)算管理模塊以及物資管理模塊的應(yīng)用,提出以整體工程項(xiàng)目作為預(yù)算管理責(zé)任中心的概念。第三,在北京電力公司工程項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)施階段中,運(yùn)用ERP系統(tǒng)中的項(xiàng)目管理模塊、財務(wù)管理模塊、設(shè)備管理模塊等解決項(xiàng)目管理、成本控制等問題。第四,最后對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行收尾階段的處理,通過打分方式得出ERP系統(tǒng)在北京電力公司工程項(xiàng)目管理中具有促進(jìn)作用的結(jié)論,最后提出了本文的相關(guān)改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, all the power enterprises are carrying out different levels of reform. The aim of the reform is to make the enterprise more healthy and long-term development. Project management is the cornerstone of enterprise development, and the determination of project objectives and timely grasp of project dynamics will directly affect the high bottom of the project management level, which will also affect the growth of economic strength of enterprises and the stability of electric power enterprises in the market. This paper chooses the case analysis method, the field investigation method, the work breakdown structure method, the earned value management theory analysis research method, as well as the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to carry on the research, at the same time unifies the project management and so on the ERP function module and so on the theory foundation. Based on the engineering project of Beijing Electric Power Company, this paper selects the ERP implementation of enterprise project management as the breakthrough point, studies the main function modules contained in the ERP system, and analyzes the application process of the specific ERP system. The main research is divided into four parts: first, the project management status and existing problems of Beijing Electric Power Company are analyzed in depth, and the problems in project management of Beijing Electric Power Company are summarized. The level of department members' overall management of engineering projects is not uniform; the degree of integration between actual management and ERP system application is not high; the management of department investment budget plan is rough, the project information is rough and inaccurate, The situation of lag is obvious; the lack of knowledge of financial information and equipment state analysis are caused by the lack of financial knowledge when the project is created. Secondly, combining the function of ERP system, it is applied in every stage of the project of electric power company, in the project planning stage, through the project management module in ERP, the corresponding project management system of the project is formulated in the early preparation stage. Considering the application of planning management module, budget management module and material management module in ERP system, the concept of taking the whole project as the budget management responsibility center is put forward. Thirdly, in the implementation stage of project management in Beijing Electric Power Company, the project management module, financial management module and equipment management module in ERP system are used to solve the problems of project management and cost control. Finally, the final stage of the project to deal with, through scoring the ERP system in Beijing Electric Power Company project management has a promotional role in the conclusion, and finally put forward the relevant suggestions for improvement in this paper.
