【摘要】:隨著全球能源危機(jī)和溫室效應(yīng)等環(huán)境問題的日益突出,建設(shè)可大規(guī)模兼容可再生能源的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的智能電網(wǎng)被提上日程。以縣域?yàn)閱挝坏呐潆娋W(wǎng)絡(luò)是智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié),為了滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的負(fù)荷需求和不斷提高的可靠性標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以縣域配電網(wǎng)為單位進(jìn)行智能化項(xiàng)目建設(shè),是農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造的必經(jīng)過程也是智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的迫切需要。永城市在用電規(guī)模、用電特征、電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和電網(wǎng)智能化水平上都具有縣級(jí)電網(wǎng)的典型性和代表性,本文選擇永城市配電網(wǎng)智能化項(xiàng)目建設(shè)與評(píng)價(jià)研究建設(shè)作為案例對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程進(jìn)行深入研究。主要對(duì)永城市配電網(wǎng)智能化項(xiàng)目建設(shè)與評(píng)價(jià)研究建設(shè)過程進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃管理,在對(duì)項(xiàng)目具體任務(wù)進(jìn)行分解基礎(chǔ)上,提出了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,為項(xiàng)目開展提供指導(dǎo);詳細(xì)分析永城市供用電現(xiàn)狀、負(fù)荷特征,對(duì)未來(lái)幾年負(fù)荷進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),為配電網(wǎng)智能化項(xiàng)目建設(shè)與評(píng)價(jià)研究建設(shè)提供了必要性依據(jù);從配電試點(diǎn)臺(tái)區(qū)、配電網(wǎng)智能化、智能表采集監(jiān)控智能化和營(yíng)配調(diào)一體化等重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)入手,進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀和需求分析;對(duì)項(xiàng)目整體功能架構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)邏輯架構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了分模塊功能設(shè)計(jì);根據(jù)項(xiàng)目具體設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目開發(fā),保證項(xiàng)目成果實(shí)施。從經(jīng)濟(jì)性、技術(shù)性、管理性、軟件性能和硬件性能等方面建立全面合理的指標(biāo)體系并利用灰色層次分析法對(duì)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。縣域配電網(wǎng)面臨供電壓力持續(xù)增大、農(nóng)網(wǎng)硬件基礎(chǔ)低等各種因素,進(jìn)行智能化項(xiàng)目建設(shè)是提升供電能力和水平的有力途徑,本文對(duì)于永城市配電網(wǎng)智能化項(xiàng)目建設(shè)與評(píng)價(jià)研究建設(shè)的研究為其他縣域配電網(wǎng)智能化提升工程提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the global energy crisis and environmental problems such as Greenhouse Effect increasingly prominent, building a strong smart grid that can be compatible with renewable energy on a large scale has been put on the agenda. The distribution network based on county area is an important link in the construction of smart grid. In order to meet the increasing demand of load and the increasing reliability standard, the intelligent project construction is carried out with the county distribution network as the unit. It is the necessary process of the transformation of rural power network and the urgent need of the construction of smart grid. Yongcheng has the typicality and representativeness of county-level power grids in terms of power consumption scale, power consumption characteristics, power grid structure and intelligent level of power grid. This paper chooses Yongcheng distribution network intelligent project construction and evaluation research construction as the case to carry on the thorough research to the project construction process. This paper mainly carries on the project plan management to the Yongcheng distribution network intellectualized project construction and the appraisal research construction process, on the basis of decomposing the specific task of the project, puts forward the project construction schedule plan, provides the guidance for the project development; The status quo and load characteristics of power supply and power supply in Yongcheng are analyzed in detail, and the load in the next few years is forecasted, which provides the necessary basis for the construction and evaluation of intelligent distribution network projects, from the distribution pilot station area, distribution network intelligence, Based on the analysis of current situation and demand, the paper designs the whole function structure and data logic structure of the project, and then designs the function of modules. Develop the project according to the specific design content of the project and ensure the implementation of the project results. A comprehensive and reasonable index system is established from the aspects of economy, technology, management, software performance and hardware performance, and the grey analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the running effect of the project. The county distribution network is faced with various factors such as increasing power supply pressure, low hardware base of rural power network, and so on. Intelligent project construction is a powerful way to improve power supply capacity and level. The research on intelligent project construction and evaluation of Yongcheng distribution network in this paper provides experience for other counties in intelligent distribution network upgrading project.
