【摘要】：石油行業(yè)供給結(jié)構(gòu)改革對(duì)穩(wěn)定國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),改變我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式,促進(jìn)我國(guó)能源行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下,我國(guó)石油行業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)單一,產(chǎn)銷錯(cuò)配,技術(shù)落后,企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)冗余等系列問(wèn)題和困擾著其健康發(fā)展。進(jìn)一步深化產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革,調(diào)整優(yōu)化企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu),加大技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,給予新能源政策支持,著重于我國(guó)石油行業(yè)供給側(cè)改革,將有利于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整,促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The reform of supply structure of petroleum industry is of great strategic significance to stabilize the national economy, optimize the industrial structure, change the mode of economic growth of our country and promote the sustainable development of our energy industry. Under the background of the new normal state of economy, a series of problems, such as the single structure of property right, the mismatch of production and marketing, the backward technology, the redundancy of enterprise structure and so on, are puzzling the development of petroleum industry in China. Further deepening the reform of the property right system, adjusting and optimizing the organizational structure of enterprises, increasing technological innovation, giving new energy policy support, and focusing on the supply-side reform of the petroleum industry in China will be conducive to the optimization and adjustment of the economic structure under the new normal state of China's economy. Promoting healthy economic and social development in China.
