【摘要】：設(shè)計開發(fā)培訓(xùn)管理信息系統(tǒng),并加以運用,實現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)高效管理,提升企業(yè)競爭力,對于神華寧煤集團(tuán)具有戰(zhàn)略意義,在當(dāng)前煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)下行情況下,對于煤炭行業(yè)也有著深遠(yuǎn)意義。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究、實地調(diào)查、系統(tǒng)分析設(shè)計等研究方法,對培訓(xùn)管理流程中培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)計劃、培訓(xùn)實施管理、培訓(xùn)效果評估等方面的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為培訓(xùn)管理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計開發(fā)勢在必行。然后結(jié)合三層次培訓(xùn)需求分析模型、成人學(xué)習(xí)等相關(guān)培訓(xùn)理論,對神華寧煤集團(tuán)企業(yè)培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,將培訓(xùn)管理信息系統(tǒng)分為人員信息管理、培訓(xùn)需求管理、培訓(xùn)計劃管理、培訓(xùn)效果評估與跟蹤管理以及員工學(xué)習(xí)平臺等5個總功能模塊,并在每個功能模塊的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)立相應(yīng)的子功能模塊,同時詳細(xì)描述了每個功能模塊的特點以及子模塊的具體功能。最后結(jié)合系統(tǒng)在神華寧煤集團(tuán)運行情況,通過定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了科學(xué)的評價,并期望在系統(tǒng)升級時能夠借助大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)分析實現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)全過程智慧管理。
[Abstract]:The design and development of training management information system and its application to achieve efficient management of training and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises are of strategic significance to Shenhua Ning Coal Group. For the coal industry also has far-reaching significance. Through literature research, field investigation, systematic analysis and design, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of training demand analysis, training plan, training implementation management, training effect evaluation and so on in the training management process. The design and development of training management information system is imperative. Then combined with the three-level training needs analysis model, adult learning and other related training theory, the paper analyzes the requirements of the enterprise training management system of Shenhua Ning Coal Group, and divides the training management information system into personnel information management, training demand management. Training plan management, training effect evaluation and tracking management and employee learning platform are five total function modules, and corresponding sub-function modules are established on the basis of each function module. At the same time, the characteristics of each functional module and the specific functions of the sub-module are described in detail. Finally, according to the operation of the system in Shenhua Ning Coal Group, a scientific evaluation of the system is carried out through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. It is expected to realize the wisdom management of the whole training process with the help of big data technology analysis when the system is upgraded.
