【摘要】：截至2016年,俄羅斯原油與成品油管道總里程分別達(dá)到5.4×10~4 km和1.7×10~4 km。管輸系統(tǒng)承擔(dān)著俄羅斯近90%的原油輸送任務(wù),但其在成品油輸送方面與傳統(tǒng)的鐵路運(yùn)輸相比仍有較大差距。分析了俄羅斯石油管道系統(tǒng)近10年的運(yùn)營(yíng)與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,重點(diǎn)介紹了目前俄羅斯境內(nèi)規(guī)劃或在建的主要管道的基本情況。作為世界第二大原油出口國(guó),2016年俄羅斯出口原油2.54×10~8 t,同比增長(zhǎng)5.1%。著重分析了俄羅斯原油的出口現(xiàn)狀、主要出口方式及出口對(duì)象。結(jié)合未來(lái)世界不同地區(qū)原油需求量的變化,對(duì)俄羅斯原油出口的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了展望,歐洲作為俄羅斯原油的傳統(tǒng)出口對(duì)象,近10年的出口比例持續(xù)下降,而對(duì)亞太市場(chǎng)的出口比例持續(xù)上升,因此俄羅斯將加大亞太市場(chǎng)的開拓力度。
[Abstract]:By 2016, the total mileage of Russian crude oil and refined oil pipeline reached 5.4 脳 10 ~ (4) km and 1.7 脳 10 ~ (4) km respectively. The pipeline transportation system is responsible for nearly 90% of the crude oil transportation in Russia, but it still has a big gap compared with the traditional railway transportation in the transportation of refined oil. The operation and development of Russian oil pipeline system in recent 10 years are analyzed, and the basic situation of main pipeline planned or under construction in Russia is emphatically introduced. Russia, the world's second-largest exporter of crude oil, exported 2.54 脳 10 ~ (8) tons of crude oil in 2016, up 5.1 percent from a year earlier. The export status, main export mode and export object of Russian crude oil are analyzed emphatically. Combined with the change of crude oil demand in different regions of the world in the future, the development trend of Russian crude oil export is forecasted. As the traditional export object of Russian crude oil, the proportion of Russian crude oil exports in the past 10 years has continued to decline. And the proportion of exports to the Asia-Pacific market continues to rise, so Russia will increase the development of the Asia-Pacific market.
