【摘要】:當(dāng)今是一個(gè)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的社會(huì),企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理水平對(duì)提升企業(yè)的總體實(shí)力起著十分重要的作用。最近幾年,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)明顯要比其它普通企業(yè)發(fā)展速度快,也更加容易在市場(chǎng)中獲得更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。最終現(xiàn)實(shí)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的目標(biāo)是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的核心內(nèi)容,我們將管理與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新二者的關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行結(jié)合,使之成為促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,但想要最終實(shí)現(xiàn)此目的,一定要考慮企業(yè)內(nèi)外部的一切因素,仔細(xì)研究為何會(huì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,積極運(yùn)用合理的研究對(duì)策來(lái)使企業(yè)向著技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的大方向推進(jìn)。當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)絕大多部分企業(yè)因?yàn)榧夹g(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的思維還處于初級(jí)階段,與企業(yè)今后的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和市場(chǎng)對(duì)于企業(yè)的要求有著較大差距,對(duì)于更好的適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境還存在很大距離,因此如何提高企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理水平是當(dāng)前亟待研究解決的問(wèn)題。此文用艾斯克公司作為例子,研究該公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理從初始階段到日趨成熟的過(guò)程及其中環(huán)節(jié)。首先對(duì)艾斯克公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理進(jìn)行全面概述:先介紹概念,然后介紹技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的理論,包含技術(shù)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力理論及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等理論,具體分析了艾斯克公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的現(xiàn)狀及艾斯克公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新特點(diǎn);其次,分析過(guò)去企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理手段及新型技術(shù)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新特點(diǎn),以對(duì)艾斯克公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理模式選擇和獎(jiǎng)懲機(jī)制等方面的啟發(fā),還可以通過(guò)全面了解艾斯克公司自身特點(diǎn)以及整個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,分析制約艾斯克公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的主因及其它客觀因素,其中模式、投入、管理、生產(chǎn)及一些其它因素更需加強(qiáng)改進(jìn)的方面,最終分析出影響創(chuàng)新管理效果的原因及問(wèn)題;最后,制定出適合艾斯克公司未來(lái)應(yīng)走的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理道路。即為:必須注重培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,制定明確的企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理目標(biāo),將企業(yè)內(nèi)部好的資源當(dāng)成基礎(chǔ),產(chǎn)品視為市場(chǎng)風(fēng)向標(biāo),積極整合企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的各類(lèi)資源,建立科學(xué)的決策機(jī)制,提高執(zhí)行力,同時(shí)建立完整的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),做好職業(yè)規(guī)劃方向,防止高端人才外流,從而確保艾斯克公司在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理中朝向正確的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, the management level of technological innovation plays a very important role in promoting the overall strength of enterprises. In recent years, technology innovation firms have clearly grown faster than other ordinary firms and have been able to gain more economic benefits in the market. Finally, the goal of enterprise technology innovation management is the core content of enterprise technology innovation management. We combine the relationship between management and technology innovation to make it become the key factor to promote technology innovation and enterprise development. However, if we want to achieve this goal, we must consider all the factors inside and outside the enterprise, carefully study why there are problems, and actively use reasonable research countermeasures to make the enterprise advance towards the direction of technological innovation. At present, most of the domestic enterprises are still in the primary stage because of the thinking of technological innovation management, which has a big gap with the future development trend of the enterprises and the requirements of the market for the enterprises, and there is still a long way to better adapt to the market environment. Therefore, how to improve the management level of technological innovation is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper studies the process and process of technology innovation management from the initial stage to the maturing stage with the example of Eiske Company. First of all, it gives a comprehensive overview of the technology innovation management of Eiske Company: first introduces the concept, then introduces the theory of technology innovation management, including the theory of technology innovation motive force and technology innovation, etc. The paper analyzes the current situation of the technology innovation management and the characteristics of the technology innovation of the Esk Company. Secondly, it analyzes the management means of the technology innovation of the past enterprises and the technological innovation characteristics of the new technology enterprises. Inspired by the selection of the management mode of technological innovation and the mechanism of rewards and punishments of the company, we can also comprehensively understand the characteristics of the company itself and the development of the whole industry. This paper analyzes the main factors and other objective factors that restrict the technological innovation management of Eiske Company, among which the mode, input, management, production and some other factors need to be improved more, and finally analyzes the reasons and problems that affect the effect of innovation management. In the end, we should make the way of technological innovation management which is suitable for Eiske Company in the future. That is, we must pay attention to cultivating excellent corporate culture, formulate clear management objectives of enterprise technological innovation, regard good resources within enterprises as the foundation, regard products as market vane, and actively integrate all kinds of resources of enterprise technological innovation management. To establish a scientific decision-making mechanism, improve executive power, establish a complete goal of training innovative talents, do a good job planning direction, prevent the outflow of high-end talents, so as to ensure the Eiske Company to develop in the right direction in the management of technological innovation.
