【摘要】：對(duì)于保障動(dòng)物正常生長(zhǎng)和防治疫病來說,獸藥是重要資源,同時(shí)獸藥也是對(duì)于畜牧業(yè)的重要支撐.因此,獸藥以及衍生的診斷試劑和醫(yī)療器械等,既保護(hù)動(dòng)物健康安全,又關(guān)系到人民食品安全,承載著保護(hù)人類健康的重任。跟據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),我國(guó)規(guī)模以上獸藥企業(yè)達(dá)到六百余家,產(chǎn)品共二十九個(gè)劑型,約兩千個(gè)品種,這些產(chǎn)品有的會(huì)出口到北美、歐洲、非洲、東南亞等地區(qū)。2001-2011年我國(guó)獸藥行業(yè)工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值復(fù)合增長(zhǎng)率超過了20%。而且,國(guó)家在近幾年加快了一些相關(guān)措施,如GSP認(rèn)證、GMP認(rèn)證、行業(yè)規(guī)劃、技術(shù)更新等,以加快獸藥行業(yè)的整合力度,大力推進(jìn)我國(guó)成為獸藥行業(yè)的發(fā)展。WT畜牧獸醫(yī)藥業(yè)公司定位是一家專業(yè)致力于畜牧獸醫(yī)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、制造與推廣的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。公司創(chuàng)辦于1992年,產(chǎn)品涉及動(dòng)物藥品、檢測(cè)試劑、動(dòng)物標(biāo)識(shí)以及獸用醫(yī)療器械和機(jī)器設(shè)備等,歷經(jīng)20載風(fēng)雨,現(xiàn)在公司總體規(guī)模過億,很多產(chǎn)品在行業(yè)內(nèi)占有一席之地,有較高的知名度和良好的口碑。現(xiàn)在,獸藥行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)容量提升速度減緩,但是剛性需求在短時(shí)間內(nèi)并不會(huì)改變,中國(guó)始終是全球獸藥的最大潛力市場(chǎng),業(yè)內(nèi)各企業(yè)也將在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)展開激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。然而,隨著養(yǎng)殖行業(yè)的集約化發(fā)展,該行業(yè)需要新的布局和要求,越來越多的注意力被放在了預(yù)防保健與生物安全建設(shè)的生物獸藥、中獸藥等方面,更加嚴(yán)格地考察生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的專業(yè)化程度,加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量控制和生產(chǎn)管理,以及提高質(zhì)量控制水平。同時(shí),獸藥行業(yè)發(fā)展還必須解決如何降低環(huán)保治理成本與人力成本的問題,以合適的量使用抗生素產(chǎn)品與安全規(guī)范的實(shí)施同樣不可忽視。這些變化將導(dǎo)致獸藥行業(yè)的資源重組,對(duì)于中小企業(yè)而言,面臨的將是兼并聯(lián)盟。因此,為了進(jìn)一步打開市場(chǎng),站穩(wěn)腳跟,加強(qiáng)WT公司在獸藥行業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力優(yōu)勢(shì),有必要重新梳理和規(guī)劃WT公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文將通過對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外獸藥行業(yè)及衍生領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)控制、銷售管理以及售后服務(wù)水平等方面的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,針對(duì)當(dāng)前WT公司在上面領(lǐng)域的劣勢(shì),優(yōu)勢(shì),機(jī)遇,威脅的一一剖析,對(duì)過去WT公司在國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)行業(yè)背景下戰(zhàn)略的解讀和反省,從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,技術(shù)研發(fā),企業(yè)文化打造,營(yíng)銷渠道等方面闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略；又進(jìn)一步結(jié)合當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模化,集約化的現(xiàn)狀,深入了解了養(yǎng)殖者選擇獸藥及相關(guān)醫(yī)療儀器等背后的用意,以此分析了WT公司目前存在的問題,面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),做出了產(chǎn)品走精品化,專業(yè)化的利基戰(zhàn)略；為保障整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,將實(shí)施加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),打造企業(yè)文化,建立健全激勵(lì)體制,加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)金融管理,以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的措施。
[Abstract]:Veterinary medicine is an important resource to ensure the normal growth of animals and prevent and cure epidemic disease. At the same time, veterinary medicine is also an important support for animal husbandry. Therefore, veterinary drugs and derived diagnostic reagents and medical instruments not only protect the health and safety of animals, but also relate to the food safety of the people and bear the heavy responsibility of protecting human health. According to statistics, there are more than 600 veterinary drug enterprises in China with 29 dosage forms and about 2,000 varieties. Some of these products will be exported to North America, Europe and Africa. In Southeast Asia and other regions, the compound growth rate of the total industrial output value of veterinary medicine industry exceeded 20% in 2001-2011. In addition, in recent years, the state has accelerated some related measures, such as GSP certification, industry planning, technology updating, and so on, in order to accelerate the integration of veterinary medicine industry. WT Livestock and Veterinary Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, manufacture and promotion of animal husbandry and veterinary related products. Founded in 1992, our products include animal drugs, test reagents, animal logos, veterinary medical devices and machinery, etc. After 20 years of wind and rain, the total scale of the company is over 100 million, and many products have a place in the industry Have high popularity and good reputation. At present, the market capacity of veterinary medicine industry has slowed down, but rigid demand will not change in a short period of time. China has always been the largest potential market for veterinary drugs in the world, and companies in the industry will also compete fiercely in the Chinese market. However, with the intensive development of the aquaculture industry, the industry needs new layout and requirements. More and more attention has been paid to biological veterinary drugs, Chinese veterinary drugs, and other aspects of preventive health care and biosafety construction. More strictly investigate the specialization of production enterprises, strengthen the quality control and production management, and improve the quality control level. At the same time, the development of veterinary medicine industry must also solve the problem of how to reduce the cost of environmental protection management and labor costs. These changes will lead to the reorganization of resources in the veterinary medicine industry, for small and medium-sized enterprises, will face a merger alliance. Therefore, in order to further open the market, stand firm, strengthen WT's core competitive advantage in veterinary medicine industry, it is necessary to rearrange and plan the development strategy of WT Company. This paper will study the current situation of domestic and foreign veterinary medicine industry and derivative industry policy, product research and development, production control, sales management and after-sales service level, aiming at the current weaknesses of WT in the above areas. Analyze the advantages, opportunities and threats one by one, interpret and reflect on the past WT company's strategy in the domestic market industry background, from the industrial structure, industrial layout, technology research and development, corporate culture building, Marketing channels and other aspects elaborated the industrialization strategy, and further combined with the current situation of large-scale and intensive domestic aquaculture, we deeply understood the intention behind the selection of veterinary drugs and related medical instruments by breeders. Based on this analysis of the existing problems, opportunities and challenges faced by WT Company, we have made a niche strategy of making products high-quality and specialized. In order to ensure the overall development strategy, we will strengthen team building and create corporate culture. Establish and improve the incentive system, strengthen financial and financial management, and risk prevention measures.
