【摘要】：醫(yī)藥行業(yè)一直被大家譽(yù)為“永遠(yuǎn)的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)”,全球醫(yī)藥行業(yè)市場(chǎng)規(guī)模長(zhǎng)期保持穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。目前中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,人們的物質(zhì)生活水平逐步提高,醫(yī)療保障制度也不斷完善,人口老齡化問題日益突出,我國(guó)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)良好的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。但是隨著新醫(yī)改的推進(jìn),醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)格局隨之巨變,醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的增速放緩,行業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日益激烈。在醫(yī)藥制造行業(yè)中,由于它的主營(yíng)產(chǎn)品是藥品,而國(guó)家對(duì)于藥品的生產(chǎn)、儲(chǔ)存以及運(yùn)輸都有著非常嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),導(dǎo)致了存貨的管理成本較高,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)醫(yī)藥制造行業(yè)的庫(kù)存成本達(dá)到了總成本的30%以上。G制藥公司的存貨周轉(zhuǎn)率遠(yuǎn)低于行業(yè)平均值,公司的庫(kù)存囤積嚴(yán)重,影響了公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展。因此有必要對(duì)G公司的存貨問題進(jìn)行研究,以保障公司的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。論文以G制藥公司的存貨為研究對(duì)象,通過實(shí)地考察和問卷調(diào)查了解到G公司存貨管理的現(xiàn)狀,從存貨的采購(gòu)環(huán)節(jié)、驗(yàn)收入庫(kù)環(huán)節(jié)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)、發(fā)出環(huán)節(jié)以及存貨的銷售退回環(huán)節(jié)提出了公司目前存貨管理存在的問題,并對(duì)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的問題逐一進(jìn)行了原因分析。接著提出以下切合G公司實(shí)際情況的優(yōu)化方案:在存貨的采購(gòu)環(huán)節(jié),建立供應(yīng)商的績(jī)效考評(píng)機(jī)制和完善訂立合同的制度可以保證原材料的質(zhì)量和提高采購(gòu)效率;在存貨的驗(yàn)收入庫(kù)環(huán)節(jié),加強(qiáng)存貨入庫(kù)的復(fù)核工作和確保存貨及時(shí)入庫(kù)可以降低產(chǎn)品的殘次率和提高生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的效率;在存貨的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),改進(jìn)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)方式、完善倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理制度以及規(guī)范存貨盤點(diǎn)制度可以降低存貨的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)成本以及保管成本,即能提高存貨的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)效率;在存貨的發(fā)出環(huán)節(jié),加強(qiáng)存貨的出庫(kù)管理和加強(qiáng)第三方物流的管理,可以提高藥品的運(yùn)輸效率,提高顧客的滿意度;在存貨的銷售退回環(huán)節(jié),建立完善的質(zhì)量控制體系和加強(qiáng)銷售退回的責(zé)任認(rèn)定,能夠有效地降低產(chǎn)品的銷售退回率。最后根據(jù)內(nèi)部控制五要素對(duì)G公司存貨管理的優(yōu)化方案提出了四點(diǎn)保障性措施。建立完善的存貨預(yù)算制度、強(qiáng)化存貨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)、建立良好的信息交流系統(tǒng)以及加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部監(jiān)督、完善績(jī)效考評(píng)機(jī)制。相信本文的這些措施能夠加快G公司存貨周轉(zhuǎn)速度,提高公司的存貨管理水平,能夠有效地改善公司目前高庫(kù)存的現(xiàn)狀,使得G公司能夠在行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中具有更多的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The pharmaceutical industry has been praised as "the sunrise industry forever", the global pharmaceutical industry market scale has maintained the stable growth trend for a long time. At present, with the rapid development of China's economy, the improvement of people's material living standard, the improvement of medical security system and the aging of population, the medical industry of our country is showing a sustained and good trend of development. However, with the development of the new medical reform, the pattern of the pharmaceutical market has changed dramatically, the growth rate of the pharmaceutical industry has slowed down, and the competition between the industries has become increasingly fierce. In the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, because its main product is medicine, and the country has very strict standards for the production, storage and transportation of drugs, the cost of inventory management is relatively high. According to statistics, the inventory cost of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has reached more than 30% of the total cost. The inventory turnover rate of the pharmaceutical company is far below the average of the industry, and the stock hoarding of the company is serious, which affects the development of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to study the inventory problem of company G to ensure the sustainable development of the company. This paper takes the inventory of G pharmaceutical company as the research object, through the field investigation and questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of G company inventory management, from the stock procurement link, the acceptance warehousing link, the storage link, the storage link. In this paper, the problems in inventory management are put forward, and the reasons for the problems are analyzed one by one. Then it puts forward the following optimization schemes according to the actual situation of G company: in the purchasing of inventory, establishing the supplier's performance evaluation mechanism and perfecting the contract conclusion system can guarantee the quality of raw materials and improve the purchasing efficiency; In the link of stock acceptance and storage, strengthening the rechecking of inventory and ensuring the timely storage of inventory can reduce the residue rate of products and improve the efficiency of production, and improve the storage mode in the link of inventory storage. Perfecting the warehouse management system and standardizing the inventory inventory system can reduce the storage cost and the storage cost of the inventory, that is, it can improve the storage efficiency of the inventory. Strengthening the management of inventory out of stock and the management of third party logistics can improve the efficiency of drug transportation and the satisfaction of customers, establish a perfect quality control system and strengthen the recognition of the responsibility of sales return in the link of stock sale and return. Can effectively reduce the sales return rate. Finally, according to the five elements of internal control, the paper puts forward four supporting measures to the optimization scheme of inventory management in G Company. Establish a perfect inventory budget system, strengthen inventory risk awareness, establish a good information exchange system and strengthen internal supervision, improve the performance evaluation mechanism. It is believed that these measures in this paper can accelerate the inventory turnover speed of company G, improve the level of inventory management, effectively improve the current situation of high inventory, and enable company G to have more advantages in the competition of the industry.
