【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展背景下,世界各個(gè)國(guó)家之間的關(guān)系變得更為緊密,相互間的依賴程度也日益加深。這種全球化的進(jìn)程在促進(jìn)各國(guó)發(fā)展的過程中也引發(fā)了包括個(gè)人安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、政治安全乃至民族安全等一系列非傳統(tǒng)國(guó)家安全問題。在中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織后,國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)在一定程度上都受到了其他國(guó)家的沖擊。裝備制造業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),作為制造業(yè)的核心組成部分,它的發(fā)展反映了我國(guó)的綜合國(guó)力。雖然我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)模和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在近些年取得了較為顯著的進(jìn)步,但是在產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),特別是自主創(chuàng)新能力方面遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于美國(guó)、德國(guó)、日本等裝備制造業(yè)強(qiáng)國(guó)。與此同時(shí),裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅受到國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的影響,還受到外資企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)、技術(shù)等方面的控制。因此,研究我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全狀況對(duì)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),從產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的內(nèi)涵、產(chǎn)業(yè)安全問題的成因和影響因素、產(chǎn)業(yè)安全評(píng)價(jià)、裝備制造業(yè)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的研究現(xiàn)狀等幾方面進(jìn)行梳理和評(píng)析。其次,根據(jù)我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中所存在的問題,并從國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境、國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、對(duì)外依存度以及控制力四個(gè)角度對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而確定中國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。接著,通過分析1999-2014年我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行具體分析,并且通過主成分分析法以及相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全模型對(duì)我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)安全狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后,根據(jù)我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全狀況的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合其發(fā)展中所存在的問題,對(duì)我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)今后的發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the relationship between different countries in the world has become closer and more dependent on each other. This process of globalization has also caused a series of non-traditional national security problems, including personal security, economic security, political security and even national security, in the process of promoting the development of various countries. After China's entry into WTO, domestic industry has been impacted by other countries to some extent. The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of the national economy development, as the core component of the manufacturing industry, its development reflects the comprehensive national strength of our country. Although the scale of development and international competitiveness of China's equipment manufacturing industry has made remarkable progress in recent years, it lags far behind the United States and Germany in terms of industrial competitiveness, industrial structure, especially the ability of independent innovation. Japan and other equipment manufacturing power. At the same time, the development of equipment manufacturing industry is not only affected by the international market, but also controlled by foreign enterprises in market, technology and so on. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the industrial safety of China's equipment manufacturing industry. This paper first reviews the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars on industrial safety, from the connotation of industrial safety, the causes and influencing factors of industrial safety, industrial safety evaluation. Equipment manufacturing industry and its industrial safety research status quo and other aspects of carding and evaluation. Secondly, according to the development situation of China's equipment manufacturing industry, this paper analyzes the problems existing in its industrial development, and analyzes the influencing factors of industrial safety from the four angles of domestic environment, international competitiveness, degree of dependence on foreign countries and control power. Then determine the industrial safety evaluation index system of China's equipment manufacturing industry. Then, by analyzing the relevant data of China's equipment manufacturing industry from 1999 to 2014, the paper makes a concrete analysis of the indexes in the index system of equipment manufacturing industry safety evaluation. The industrial safety status of China's equipment manufacturing industry is evaluated by principal component analysis and corresponding industrial safety models. Finally, according to the evaluation results of China's equipment manufacturing industry safety situation, combined with the existing problems in the development of equipment manufacturing industry, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the future development of China's equipment manufacturing industry.
