【摘要】：礦產(chǎn)資源作為自然資源的重要組成部分之一,是國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。然而我國礦產(chǎn)源的現(xiàn)狀卻不樂觀,礦產(chǎn)資源的開發(fā)利用率低、資源枯竭、環(huán)境污染等一些列問題逐漸出現(xiàn)。要解決這一難題,實現(xiàn)礦產(chǎn)資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,從而實現(xiàn)人類社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就需要依賴對礦業(yè)權(quán)價值的正確評估,只有正確地評估礦業(yè)權(quán)的價值才能夠使礦業(yè)權(quán)市場逐步規(guī)范,礦業(yè)權(quán)所有人的利益得到維護,進而促進我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。由于我國礦業(yè)權(quán)評估市場起步較晚,相關(guān)理論和方法的研究與西方發(fā)達國家相比有一定的差距,理論基礎(chǔ)不牢固,并且目前傳統(tǒng)的評估方法往往忽略了礦業(yè)權(quán)價值的“靈活性”,其評估結(jié)果缺乏一定的準確性,導(dǎo)致在礦業(yè)權(quán)評估實踐中出現(xiàn)許多問題難以解決。正是基于以上原因,本文引入一種新的方法——實物期權(quán)法來評估礦業(yè)權(quán)價值,進而對我國礦業(yè)權(quán)評估方法的選擇提出合理建議。本文主要包括五章內(nèi)容,首先從礦業(yè)權(quán)價值評估的研究背景及研究意義入手,闡述了礦業(yè)權(quán)評估研究的必要性、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,最后簡單說明論文大體綱要,同時指出了論文的主要研究內(nèi)容及研究方法;然后文章分別從礦業(yè)權(quán)價值評估和實物期權(quán)法兩個角度闡述了相關(guān)概念,為下文運用實物期權(quán)法評估礦業(yè)權(quán)價值奠定了基礎(chǔ);接著文章重點介紹了實物期權(quán)定價模型,進而引入評估案例,以A煤礦為例,分別運用現(xiàn)金流量折現(xiàn)法和實物期權(quán)方法這兩種礦業(yè)權(quán)評估方法對A煤礦進行了評估,并對比分析了兩種評估方法的評估結(jié)果;最后進行總結(jié),并對我國礦業(yè)權(quán)評估方法的選擇提出了合理的建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the important components of natural resources, mineral resources are the material basis for the development of national economy. However, the present situation of mineral resources in China is not optimistic, the exploitation and utilization ratio of mineral resources is low, the resources are exhausted, and some problems such as environmental pollution appear gradually. In order to solve this problem and realize the sustainable development of mineral resources and the sustainable development of human society, we need to rely on the correct evaluation of the value of mining rights. Only by correctly evaluating the value of mining rights can the market of mining rights be regulated step by step, and the interests of owners of mining rights be safeguarded, thus promoting the economic development of our country. Due to the late start of the mining right evaluation market in China, there is a certain gap between the relevant theories and methods compared with the western developed countries, and the theoretical basis is not firm. At present, the traditional evaluation methods often ignore the "flexibility" of the value of mining rights, and the evaluation results are lack of accuracy, which leads to many problems in the practice of mining rights evaluation are difficult to solve. For the above reasons, this paper introduces a new method, real option method, to evaluate the value of mining rights, and then puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the choice of mining rights evaluation methods in China. This paper mainly includes five chapters, starting with the research background and significance of the value evaluation of mining rights, expounds the necessity of the research on the evaluation of mining rights, the current research situation at home and abroad, and finally briefly explains the general outline of the paper. At the same time, it points out the main research contents and research methods of the paper, and then expounds the related concepts from the value evaluation of mining rights and the real option method, which lays a foundation for the evaluation of mining rights value by the real option method below. Then the paper introduces the real option pricing model, and then introduces the evaluation case, taking A coal mine as an example, using cash flow discounted method and real option method to evaluate A coal mine respectively. The evaluation results of the two evaluation methods are compared and analyzed. Finally, the author summarizes the results, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the selection of the evaluation methods for mining rights in China.
