【摘要】：起源于日本的精益生產(chǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于眾多企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域中。但在非生產(chǎn)性領(lǐng)域,精益生產(chǎn)的使用卻是少之又少。生產(chǎn)流程固然重要,但其他非生產(chǎn)性流程,如產(chǎn)品圖紙、人事招聘、財務(wù)預(yù)測等也是必不可少的。K公司在1998年引進(jìn)精益生產(chǎn),并結(jié)合自身的運營管理,創(chuàng)造出一套屬于自己的精益生產(chǎn)體系-ACE(Achieving Competitive Excellence)'‘獲取競爭優(yōu)勢”運營體系,在K公司的多個非生產(chǎn)性流程如人力資源管理、財務(wù)管理以及采購管理等流程中已有不少應(yīng)用成功案例,但在制圖流程管理的應(yīng)用還需進(jìn)一步的探索。本文以K公司制圖流程管理為研究對象,在分析其制圖流程管理現(xiàn)狀和問題的基礎(chǔ)上,運用ACE工具,對制圖流程的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,提出了流程的改進(jìn)方案,進(jìn)行了效果分析,并對基于ACE的非生產(chǎn)性流程的管理和改進(jìn)方法做了一定探討。本文研究有利于K公司提升制圖流程管理的效率,減少浪費,實現(xiàn)流程改善,提高綜合管理水平,同時也對其他企業(yè)實施非生產(chǎn)性流程的精益生產(chǎn)有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Lean production originated in Japan is widely used in many enterprises. But in non-productive areas, lean production is rarely used. While the production process is important, other non-productive processes, such as product drawings, personnel recruitment, financial forecasting, etc., are also essential. The company introduced lean production in 1998, combined with its own operational management. Create a Lean production system of its own, ACE-Achieving Competitive Excellence, "gain competitive advantage" operating system, in K's non-productive processes such as human resources management, There have been many successful applications in financial management and purchasing management, but the application of cartographic process management needs further exploration. This paper takes the drawing process management of K Company as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of the drawing process management, using the ACE tool, the key links of the drawing process are analyzed in detail, and the improvement scheme of the process is put forward. The effect is analyzed, and the management and improvement methods of non-productive process based on ACE are discussed. This paper is beneficial to K Company to improve the efficiency of cartographic process management, reduce waste, achieve process improvement, improve the level of integrated management, but also for other enterprises to implement non-productive processes of lean production has a certain reference significance.
