【摘要】：從全生命周期的角度分析,大飛機(jī)項(xiàng)目可分為設(shè)計(jì)、制造與運(yùn)營(yíng)三個(gè)階段。根據(jù)三個(gè)階段的特征,創(chuàng)建針對(duì)性產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式,不僅能夠科學(xué)控制大飛機(jī)項(xiàng)目成本投入,還可實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置。在實(shí)際運(yùn)用過(guò)程中,研究人員應(yīng)深入分析產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),不斷完善大飛機(jī)項(xiàng)目全生命周期的管理方式,通過(guò)合理的研發(fā)方式、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)策略,提升大飛機(jī)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:From the whole life cycle point of view, large aircraft projects can be divided into three stages: design, manufacture and operation. According to the characteristics of the three stages, the establishment of targeted cooperation mode of industry, college and research can not only scientifically control the cost of large aircraft projects, but also realize the optimal allocation of resources. In the process of practical application, the researchers should deeply analyze the advantages of the cooperation mode of industry, college and research, and constantly improve the management mode of the whole life cycle of the large aircraft project, and adopt reasonable research and development methods, production and management strategies. Improve the economic benefits of large aircraft projects.
